2- Kya Capital Value Tax dena hoga buyer ko apnay naam per property transfer karwate waqt?
3- Overseas pakistani payment kese karay seller ko? As buyer out of country hai to payorder nahi bana sakta. Payment mode kya hona chaye?
As per my understanding holding period threshold has been removed.
Now every seller has to pay Capital gain tax irrespective of holding period.
Is that correct?
