Prices in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 are not stable, so I will not give you a specific answer. But as of May this year when last equire, 3000 Litr was Le9,500 and 5000 Litr was Le13,000.

Supplier have to take measurements of your roof and then charge you the amount you need to pay. They are not selling it individually.
