I think a cool beast merge would be a fazbagor one where they become a glitchy monstrosity. The fazbagor side becomes a whithered Freddy that has consumed the trainer. In side you can see glitches where the trainer can only be seen as part of the glitch.
Hirchuach could turn into the alien tripods from War of the Worlds, with flannel and jeans for flavor, the shapeshifter can be John Carpenter’s “The Thing”, maybe the predator one can be “The Invisible Man”
I wanted a to go with a stranger idea for Manteriss's merge form, but I did consider an Invisible Man concept. Mostly what I came up with is the trainer becomes invisible and Manteriss turns into a pair of sunglasses. Two ideas: they could look like a pair of anime sunglasses that are in the shape of Manteriss' eyes or crazy sunglasses that look like his eyes, but have his claws and dreads sticking out of them.
Narietale, mixed with its trainer, becomes a center headless horseman creature or one of the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse changing into a ghost dark type
I love that the eyes on the new UB essentially tie back to the whole "Ditto are imperfect clones of Mew" idea! Wonderful bit of lore building! I also love the bug/reptile fusion of Bukuvant. I feel like we don't see these as often in new Pokémon generations and it's something I usually enjoy a lot as a concept. Awesome designs, as per usual and I loved this plot-heavy video!! Keep up the amazing work, buddy!!
Frillow: It becomes a sort of sheet-ghost with a ghost made of gas spewing out of eye and mouth holes with only the trainers frozen shoes and ankles revealed at the bottom of the sheet and large icicles coming of the bottom of the sheet. The trainer’s frozen arm also sticks out a rip in the side wielding an icicle scythe. Dark/Ice type Ability: Reap - Ghost type moves also deal stab damage and restore half of the health dealt by the move.
Borbkact: Throned Outlaw The trainer's attire will be converted into a classic cowboy attire with Borbkacts distinctive features. Maybe a flowered poncho and a big cowboy hat resembling a cat face in a way. And the trainer will be given cati like revolvers that fire a sticky nectar from them to hold opponents in place. Grass/Fighting type Ability: On the draw "On your first turn, if the opponent goes first, you will attack first using a random move."
For Beholdrake, to elaborate on my suggestion for the dragon with the Sauron like eye, it becomes dark dragon, gains the ability Lock On (each turn it increases the accuracy of all its moves against its opponents, increases above 100% instead improve its chance for a critical hit with that move, bonus resets upon switch out [in battles with multiple opponents, the bonus only resets against the Pokémon that switch out]) the eye floats within its mouth and the trainer is visible within the giant eye.
I FREAKING KNEW LOOKER WAS ACTING WEIRD I FREAKING KNEW IT FROM THE LAST VIDEO Also the bill cipher Pokémon should be the Pokémon causing all these new ultra beasts
@@RegiArt7 I mean, yeah. Once Bill went psycho and destroyed the entirety of his home dimension, that meant that variants couldn’t form most likely. He’s alone. Completely alone.
Gonna put this here again, since you hearted it last time! Beholdrake Beast Merge Concept: The Writhing Nightmare Beholdrake, feeling overwhelmed by the energy from the crystal, closes its mouth, tangles its eye-stalks together, and shakes uncomfortably. The trainer steps forwards to see if it's alright (in consecutive uses, this is explained as them preparing for the transformation), when suddenly Beholdrake's body shatters, a black and purple mass of tentacles erupting from within it and spreading over the battlefield. Its trainer is covered in a black sheath with only their eyes still visible and Beholdrake's eyes sticking from their head and shoulders on stalks. The trainer begins to fight with Beholdrake's moves, looking uncomfortable. Its physical stats and evasiveness are decreased, while its special stats and speed increase drastically. As flavor, all luck-based actions in the fight are accompanied by one of Beholdrake's 20 sides being lifted up, 20 being for the best RNG and 1 being the worst RNG. Imagine the numbers appearing on the inside of its ten teeth and ten other body sides as it splits apart. The Writhing Nightmare is a Normal/Dark type, and its ability is called Eldritch Arena, which makes the foe unable to escape, take Psychic damage every turn if they're vulnerable to it, makes other abilities not work, and randomly activates an ability of any of the Pokemon on either trainer's team at a random target (foe, The Writhing Nightmare, or even both at once). After both Pokemon attack on one turn, it might say "Machamp's mind broke a little more." and then "Enemy Arcanine's Intimidate cuts Machamp and The Writhing Nightmare's attack!" The Writhing Nightmare would be unpredictable, frightening, and leave a lasting headache on both Beholdrake and its trainer after the fact until they take a nice, long rest.
Awesome episode. I think for Ketteatuff, we should have it go into a cartoon dog like Spike from Tom and Jerry direction. Big upper body with a smaller lower body, making them tough physical fighters and then have steam coming out of the ears like it's always now boiling or enraged. So, for abilities, I'm thinking that Anger Point would be perfect. As for typing, keep the fire, but lose the water for fighting to emphasize the whole angry dog form.
Molundir turns into a yeti that surrounds its host like a blanket and animal hide, with only the interior part of the arms, lower face (like the moth and jaw), neck, and knees. It stands tall with giant furry feet and long claws, with the icicles on molundir’s nose turn into a masky helmet. While its snowy feeler into long icy horns.
When I saw Gortesqe it reminded me of Senketsu from "kill la kill". So making a beast merge form inspired by that could look really cool, you could even turn its claws into scissors or take inspiration from when he was in beserk mode. I’d make it a steel type with the ability sharpness.
For Narietale’s Beast merge form it should be a nuckelavee, the trainer would fuse onto it’s back, the pumpkin would become a helmet, the neck would reshape to look like a horse helmet covered in cloth, and either the smoke or the reins should wrap around the arms to give them whips, the typing should change from ghost/fairy to ghost/fighting, and maybe it could have an ability that lets it attack faster, hope you like it😊
One thing, I LOVE this episode with good ol Shifty, I love the idea you made for him, and cool how you still kept him "alive" rather then freezing him like in the episode, I wonder if he will show up later in the series. BEAST MERGE FORM, Hirsquach: Fitting for Alex, it turns into a flannel jacket, and at the sleeves emerges either grappling hooks, or hammers(It would be cool if for this form if it relates more to Hirsch) and possible the trainer would gain a fur trapper's hat that is very bush like, and would grow a stubble beard to fit the look of Alex, the typing could turn into a fighting or steel type. Again Im not super into Pokémon, and I know very little about typings and certain moves they can have.
For Narietale, its Beast Merge form would be: Vile Jouster. A Ghost & Dark type. Its ability could either be Leeching Lance: Any Physical Attack will drain the opponent’s HP by 25% & the user is healed by 25% or Necromancy: If the user loses all it’s HP, this ability will instantly refills the HP, and increases all the user’s stats. Froopy, if you’re reading this, you can pick which ability sounds best to you. I don’t mind. The Trainer would end up looking like a malevolent ghostly centaur mixed with an undead jouster. The form would have Narietale’s pumpkin “head” as a helmet, a lance made of dark magic & ghostly energy, and a tombstone-like shield. And maybe for an added bonus feature, it could also have a whip made from the spine of an unknown Pokémon. According to some adaptations of the Headless Horseman, he used a human spine as a whip.
Gortesqe: A formal dress over the person with the teeth/horns attached, but the dress stretches behind the person into their large claw, like a scorpion. Their teeth ring at the bottom could also be turned into some sorta crown Premise: Prom queens & trying to be perfect Typing: Fairy/Bug Ability: Picture Perfect - When physically attacked, until the attacker's swapped out, the attacking move they used will deal 0X damage to the Gortesqe
For a Beast-Merge Beholdrake: Do you know that really old Dungeon Master foto, where a man with a long wigh beard looks down on the world while holding his arms kind of arojnd it? That is the central inspiration. Beholdrakes teeth would forme a DM-screen wich hovers before the trainer. The small eye balls have still the same color, but are now in the shape of dnd dice flooting next to the merge. Its ability is: Game World, or Home Rules? The effect is pretty simple, when the merge starts Psychic Terrain and Trick Room are set up and they stay up until the merge is no longer on the battlefield. They can't be overriden. Psychic Terrain disables priority from moves and Trick Room lets the slowest combaten move first. The Dungeon Master has set up his own (new) rules for the fight. The Beholdrake-Merge has the Psichic-Fighting Type and incredably low speed.
First Thing, Great Episode! Love the designs. Secondly, Beast Merge Form: Loodraloo - Banshee Bass - Ice/Ghost (Head Cannon: Cordelia trades and gets the Loodraloo.) Trainers hold their now dried up Loodraloo in arm similar to a bass guitar with its limbs growing wrapping around the trainers. Negative emotions and thoughts are transferred into the pokemon, amplifying the sounds it makes. Trainer and the Loodraloo skin become a pale blue with glowing white eyes (similar to the convenience store ghost from gravity falls) capable of float, and the cloths become a faded tone. Of course, this refernce the Banshee. Ability: Surround Sound - In Double Battles, single hitting special moves that this pokemon uses are given a small boost and now hit everyone. (In Single Battles, give the pokemon a small attacks boost to special attacks.) I wanted to play the fact Loodraloo was meant to be a helpful pokemom for double battles but now becomes a destructive last resort that might take your own pokemon with the opponents.
Hischuatch should wrap around the arms (instead of the legs like you may expect) and give its trainee long hand-feet to walk on all fours and have devastating attacks. (Grass/Fighting)
I knew it! The Shapeshifter is an Ultra Beast!! I love Bukuvant I wonder what's he going to evolve... Also, here is my idea for an Ultra Beast Merged Borbkact: Type Change: Grass and Ghost or Grass and Ice Ability: Standoff - Raises the user's special attack and speed while lowering the target’s special defense and speed when entering battle. Design: Somewhat of a ghost cowboy and inspiration by The Man with No Name (from the Dollar series). Summary: When combined with this Pokemon. The trainer gains an immense amount of focus. This Merged Pokemon wields two rock projectiles and when fired shoots out water. Venospar: Type Change: Bug and Psychic Type Ability: Stone Glare - Where it freeze its opponents in fear. Design: Medusa or Naga Summary: When trainers gaze upon this Ultra Beast, they freeze in fear because of what they witness in its gaze it permanently freezes like stone.
I did say it in the past but I still think it’s a cool idea, Loodraloo should become more of a guitar than a lute with the more plant-like parts becoming lightning and thunder clouds which surround it’s trainer also making some cool clothes for the trainer, including sick sunglasses, being an electric/steel type if complete type changes are allowed (electric grass if not) because of being an electric guitar and also heavy metal of course. Also if they have names (I can’t remember) it should be called Steel Thunder
No no. You need to go bigger. Think Eddie’s performance in the Upside Down from “Stranger Things”. Classic ‘80s metal look (leather jacket, headband, t-shirt, jeans, boots, the whole enchilada), Lootlaloo transforming into a Flying V guitar, and the two of you just ROCK OUT! As for the ability, how does “Puppet Master” sound? At the start of the battle, you choose one Pokemon on your opponent’s team, and can either force it out to fight first, or forbid it from battling at all. I like the Electric/Steel typing you choose.
Gortesque could play into full-body horror by pulling a Two-Face mixed with the Flesh that Hates/SCP-610. Maybe the Gortesque one also plays on Elephantiasis and a Marvel symbiote with one side of the body being a giant flesh hulk. At the same time, the other side is a normal person in over their head and struggling to control the other part.
Yay!! I get another chance to suggest Pokémon ideas. Beast Merge Suggestion 1: Molundir Name: Weapon X Type: Steel / Dark Ability: Healing Factor - This Pokémon gains 1/4 of its original HP and the end of its turn Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become extremely agile and gain a ferocious lust for battle. However, they become quite careless and tend to ignore attacks, knowing it can heal itself easily. The claws of this Pokémon become coated with a strange metallic substance that is not found anywhere on Earth. This Pokémon grants its trainer long razor-sharp metallic claw and a blue and yellow mask. Some of the claws are chipped and scratched from wear and tear. The trainer's back is also covered by blue feathers Inspirations: - Wolverine (Xmen) - Therizinosaurus (dinosaur) Beast Merge Suggestion 2: Fazbagore Name: Glamrock Superstar Type: Electric / Normal Ability: Electromorphosis - Doubles the power of the next Electric-type move when hit by an attack Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become full of energy and loves to be the center of attention. They also become great with children, making them an excellent birthday entertainer. This Pokémon grants its trainer an electric guitar with a color scheme of glamrock freddy. The trainer also gets light blue face paint on the trainer's cheeks, one shaped as a star and the other shaped like a lightning bolt Inspirations: - Glamrock Freddy [Five Nights at Freddy: Security Breach] Beast Merge Suggestion 3: Beholdrake Name: DDD Master Type: Psychic / Fairy Ability: Roll with Advantage - Opponents will have a greater chance of being inflicted with status effects (burn, confusion, paralyzed, etc.) Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon gain almost infinite knowledge and wisdom. While in this form, the trainer can see into multiple realities and infinite alternate timelines. They are able to see the most likely events that are to come. This Pokémon grants its trainer a staff with a large D20 gemstone. The gemstone has glowing numbers and symbols that are constantly changing. The trainer also gets a dark cloak and multiple glowing eyes surround the trainer head as they see the different futures Inspirations: - Dungeon Master [Dungeons and Dragons] - Infinite Sided Die [Gravity Falls] - Probabilator the Annoying [Gravity Falls] Beast Merge Suggestion 4: Candivore Name: The Venoumous Devourer Type: Poison/Dragon Ability: Absolute Power - When this Pokémon is summoned to a double battle, this Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack is increased by half of its allies on the battlefield Hidden Ability: Sundew Trap - Contact with the Pokémon may lower the attackers' speed and may poison it as well Description: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become extremely aggressive and hunger for battle. Its sweet sap has now turned dark and poisonous to all others, including itself. While on the battlefield, it likes to steal the life essence of its allies and foes and feed off their power and potential. This Pokémon only objective is to reign supreme and destroy all obstacles in its path. This Pokémon grants the trainer with wings shaped like Venus Fly Traps with purple venom sap oozing out, thick bark armor, and a tail with a stinger. Inspiration: - Carnivorous Plants [Venus Fly Trap, Sundew, Pitcher Plant] - Starving Venom Fusion Dragon [Yu-Gi-Oh] - Wyvern [Dungeons and Dragons]
Good thing I chose the fire goat. Billy and Thief my Kleptikept saved me from the horrendous bugs. Oh, I have an idea, it's not a cryptid but it's really cool. A pegasus with a Trojan Horse-inspired design. The name and appearance is up to you.
Bug-Type enjoyers are eating GOOD in this episode! I like how Gortesqe's team feels like it's building suspense as you battle your way through, introducing bigger, weirder, and scarier bugs until it finally drops the act and brings the horror directly. I'm also a big fan of Venospar, especially how its "bloodshot" eyes can read as both intimidating *and* atrophied. Such a cool evolution! Can't wait to see more eldritch (Ultritch??) lore unfold!
Beast Merge Hirchuatch idea: Type: Grass/Water Ability: "Swamp Surge" -When this Pokémon enters the field it automatically creates a swap, (The effect from using Grass Pledge + Water Pledge) halfing the enemies speed while active. Design: Maybe a Mangrove tree, give it four legs or make its arms longer to function as legs, maybe it can use vines to "puppet" others since the original design is inspired by the creator of the the show, maybe some spider monkey if it's going to be on more than two legs?
Frillow Could change into a fiery, Flowy armor dress and and could have a fiery snowflake looking crown. The colors could fade to red to orange and yellow. And there hair could be floating.
Before the battle, I placed my Hoh'ax Dunsparce back onto my team due to 3 of my members having a Bug weakness. Though I'm glad I did, cause evolving into Venospar was worth the wait. Here's my updated Team. Current Team, 1 - Zabbit 2 - Dunsparce (Regional Form) 👉 Venospar 3 - Borca 4 - Fauxline 5 - Atmosleek 6 - Mushimind POKEMON BOX 1 - Mushimind 2 - Stukabowt Only 4 device components to go.
Here's my idea for a Beast Merge with Narietale You know the typical theatre Shakespearean pose where they hold the skull? It's like that but the person holds Narietales head that then can be thrown (like how some depictions of the headless horseman depict it throwing its flaming pumpkin head), the rest of the body can look like it's wearing a coat or robes, Narietale base look already looks like it's wearing a coat so it should be easy to translate to a person. Now as for the typing I'm thinking a Ghost/Dark type.
That's awesome! Do you think it could be called like 'unmentioned play' or something to reference the urban legend of Macbeth being said in a theatre causing bad luck? Just expanding on the idea about spooky theatre...
For Frillow’s beast merge form, I think it would be hilarious if it was just the classic sheet ghost. It would be ghost / normal type with the ability prankster.
my beast merge sugestion: Ceratouka horn becomes a sharp curved blade and its head becomes a shield with its dino-feet boots and ribcage chest plate and overall beefs up the trainer and its typing becomes steel, ghost!
Beast Merge Loodraloo: Becomes a Grass/Steel type. Looks like a battle axe of some sort because his body looks like a loot, similar to a guitar, and guitars can be called axes. Ability could probably be something like, changes all sound based moves to Steel (I can't come up with any good names, but maybe like Shredding Sound). Or it could be an electric guitar and instead of steel type for type and ability, it would be electric.
"My trip to Twin Falls Lake was... Crazy. At first, we were just chillin'. Riding our new kayaks out on the lake. But then we found a small island... And that's where things got interesting! We found footprints that lead to a secret bunker. And within that bunker, was a research lab! Cordelia and I ventured furthest, but now we found ourselves face to face... With Looker. "What are you doing here?!" I shouted. "Oh! I was about to ask you that!" Looker replied. I proceeded to explain how we got here. To keep it short, Cordelia got too excited and I got too curious. "I see... Well, we need to get you two out of here. This place is too dangerous!" Looker explained. I wanted to ask why, but I realized there wasn't much time. "We gotta catch up to Maple anyway. She was with us when we arrived, but she didn't follow us here!" I added. Looker let out a sigh. "Well then... There's no time to lose. Let's get going!" Looker concluded. We all began to leave the bunker. As we went, we saw that all of the Pokemon from earlier gave us concerning looks. And the Tragikarp had disappeared! "Uh... Paragon? I don't like where this is going." Cordelia said. "I don't either. But have your Poke Balls ready. Something tells me it's only gonna get worse." I stated. While the two of us were concerned, Looker was anything but. "Don't worry. I'm sure that little girl will be just fine." He stated. As Cordelia and I exchanged looks, Ivan stared at him rather suspiciously. They peaked at the spot with all the Tragikarp earlier. And they were just as concerned about them as they were with us. Something's up... When we got to the entrance, Looker stopped dead in his tracks. He turned around and gave a curious look. "So, tell me. How did you manage to open the bunker?" He asked. "Oh! Paragon had this old book with her that had all sorts of freaky notes!" Cordelia replied eagerly. "Hmm... Does it have a Poke Ball on it?" Looker poked. "Yep!" Cordelia answered with a smug smile. "Haha! Fascinating! That book belongs to the owner of this bunker. I would love to read all of the precious secrets it holds!" Looker went on. He proceeded to approach me and Ivan. "Mind if I borrow it for a while?" Looker asked. I stood there nervously, though Cordelia was quick to intervene. "What?! No! She's... Uh... She's not done reading it yet!" Cordelia claimed. "Oh don't be silly! It'll only be for a day or two. Now, may I have it?" Looker reached out only to startle Ivan. "KARP!" They flung ooze directly into his face! This caused him to run off in the other direction. We all followed to make sure he was okay, but... He was definitely not okay. As he was wiping his face off, I noticed he had strange looking eyes. "What the Freezy Frost happened to him?!" Cordelia shouted. I call Ivan back before walking up to..."Him" and going below the belt. "ACK! Why you little-" I cut them off by grabbing their tie. "What have you done with Chief Looker?!" I yelled. "Gr.... I'm not telling you anything!" The faker pushed me back and armed themselves with Poke Balls. "You mustn't know my secrets!" They proceed to send out two Pokemon. A Bukuvant and a Pupadupa. I urged Cordelia into sending Molundir out, while I had called in Willo. The tiny pair was easy to beat. But their next two Pokemon were far stronger than expected. A regional evolution for Dunsparce, and the fully evolved Manterris. I had Willo use Will-O-Wisp before switching to Duffy. Cordelia's Molundir knew Rock Tomb, which hit both of Faker's bugs and broke Manterris' disguise! Duffy comfortably finished it off after a bit of coaxing. "Agh! You must NOT! KNOW! WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH!" Faker's true eyes showed as they yelled. They then slowly changed into a more... unhuman-like posture... "Okay bruh, this is getting weird!" Cordelia remarked. I pull out my Pokedex and found that Faker was another Ultra Beast. "Gortesqe. Pure Bug... Mirror?" I put Dexter away and turn to Cordelia. "What are you thinking, dude?" She asked. I whispered into her ear. I had an idea that she was totally into! While her Molundir finished off Venospar, I send Ivan back out to fight. Gortesqe looked at them and laughed. "You really think that tiny pile of junk is going to stop me?" They proposed. Ivan got pissed off and shot another glob of ooze at Gort. They continued this while Molundir dug underground. When Gort wiped their face off, they say Ivan was right on their lap! "What in the-" They slowly changed into another Tragikarp. Ivan happily flopped around while Gort annoyingly stood. "Why would you throw yourself into your enemy like that?" Gort asked. The ground suddenly began to rumble. Ivan jumped out of the way as Molundir rose up to strike! Gort fell and started shifting between forms out of stress. "Dang it! Urgh!" They slowly looked up at us as we gave each other fist bumps. "You two know NOTHING of what goes on here! You might be clever, but that wit can only get you so far!" Gort claimed. They stormed off, leaving the five of us inside the grungy lab. "Yo Para! Up there!" Cordelia pointed to two cocoons made out of cobweb. I flung Ivan over to cut one while Molundir sliced the other. The masses opened, revealed both Maple and Chief Looker! I hugged them both and we all caught up on what the heck happened. Looker congratulated me and gave me a piece of metal as a reward. "Huh. There was a component here! after all" I stated. "You've seen one of these before?" Looker asked. "Yeah! I've been collecting them since I got here." I replied. "Not to brag or anything, but I once had one of those!" Cordelia added. We all laughed and made our way back to the entrance. On the way, we saw that the group of Tragikarp returned. "I guess they all got scared of Gortesqe." I figured. "That thing certainly was a doozy." Looker added. Ivan waved to them as we headed up the stairs. I can only imagine what Professor Pines will think when I tell him all of this! Either way, I have another component to give him! And got to save Looker from another Ultra Beast. Those are pretty big wins in my book!" The Team So Far: Kipsy the Hissmisti [M] Duffy the Lilurk [F] Willo the Capnary [M] Cosmo the Fauxline [?] Rose the Candivore [F] Ivan the Tragikarp [?] The Reserves: Breezy the Atmosleek [M] Bindi the Snooton [F]
@@RedParagonGWow nice tag team Paragon you know Ivan is an ultra beast slayer considering he was also instrumental in taking down Beholdrake and your team is just going to keep getting stronger
You're not wrong. They've got two UBs under their belt, while Kipsy and Rose each have one. Still waiting for them, Duffy, and Willo to evolve. But I can at least work with anime logic until that happens. Lol
WOW! I love how you’re slowly starting to diverge the order of events in each episode; it makes your charcter actually feel like tehy have an impact on the story! Also fake is a brilliant name and then shortening it to Gorg was also brilliant. _ALSO_ also the strats wih Ivan scaring Gorg into accident;y transforming was, again, brilliant. How many times do I need to use the word “brilliant” to let you this is brilliant again? BTW This is brilliant!
This is the same idea I had during the first contest but I'll reiterate it here. Beast Merge Frillow: a Fairy/Ghost type. Frillow becomes a mix of a wedding dress (still flowy and white) and a security blanket (from pillow to blanket). Frillow becomes very frightened and wraps itself around its trainer (maybe forming the skirt and veil of the dress). Its new ability is "Panic" which will raise its Speed and Evasion stats on entering battle, but will lower its Accuracy.
As a nod to the thing inspiration, I feel like it would be really cool if Goretesqe’s beast merge form referenced the final form the thing takes. Complete with the jaw emerging from the side of the trainer’s head! Typing would be psychic bug or maybe psychic/normal (as psychic is commonly used for Pokémon with extraterrestrial origins) and its new ability would be called Dissension, the instability in it’s beast merge form causes it to transform into one of 4 forms when hit! Each based on another form the thing took (and also maybe the horrific dipper mabel spider as defense or something), taking on a *little* bit of the color scheme of one of the four ittle evos! As a side note, I was SUPER excited to see what you would do with the shapeshifter and you did not disappoint! My favorite character in the entire series besides the main man bill himself. And the lore with it ittles being a failed clone of it is so cool!
Hischuatch: (Fairy/Grass) The trainer gets walking stilts from the pokemon and gets some clown elements like a big red nose and big goofy hair. Ability: Long leg boost. all jumping moves get a boost and have a chance to dodge attacks that never miss. but it's a small chance. Venospar: (Poison/Dark) The trainer becomes a Naga with it holding its tail like a spear or a club and the pokemon becomes spikey headwear and armer, with some horns looking like a crown. Ability: Constricted Toxin. The user constricts the target in it's long spikey body. the target is unable to leave the battle and get's badly poisoned, Can only be activated once per turn.
It could be interesting to have Beast Merge Snooton be based off of rogues and assassins with the snake head becoming a mask, the tusks becoming twin swords or daggers, and the elephant ears becoming a cloak with the rest of the clothing being made of Snooton's skin. The type would be your choice of Poison, Poison/Dark, or Poison/Fighting and its ability could be either Envenomate: Normal-type moves become Poison-type moves and have a chance to poison the target of the move or Poisonous Blades: Horn and blade based attacks have their power boosted a little and have a chance to badly poison the opponent. The second part of the Envenomate where it can make moves affected by it poison opponents can be removed if you think that's too powerful and if it's too overpowered for Poisonous Blades to have a chance to badly poison opponents, it could just be changed to normal poison condition instead of badly poison.
Loodraloo’s beast merge form should be a one-man band, plus he keeps the hat, it’s typing would go from grass/normal to grass/psychic, and it would gain an ability that stuns an enemy for a turn, hope you like it 😊
Honestly, the Beast Merge idea I have for Ceratouka is basically it turning into a set of bone armor that equips to you with its horns becoming a dual-bladed naginata and its head becoming a shield with the Type becoming Fire/Dark Type due to the fact that the mask covering your eyes in shadows as it and the shield's eyes glow in a fiery manner while the naginata ignites into black flames.
For a Narietale Beast Merge, I'm imagining something Kamen Rider-inspired. A bodysuit styled after it's colonial garb, with the pumpkin as a helmet, and built in smoke vents that simulate a scarf blowing in the wind. Switch the type from Ghost/Fairy to Ghost/Fighting, with an ability that powers up kicking moves or makes them never miss (half as an homage to the classic Rider Kick but half because horses just. do a lot of kicking).
Manterris could turn into a xenomorph from Alien. In this form its typing would be Dark and Psychic. Its new ability could make psychic type moves hit dark type pokemon, and the ability could be called Foreign Origin or Cosmic Terror, or anything along those lines.
Manterris - the yellow reflective parts of its skin should become armor for the trainer to wear and either one of its fingers or dreads (or both) should be used as a weapon. (Psychic/Fighting)
Venospar is a cool Dunsparce evolution, yes, but it keeps enough of the silly in it that it manages to still feel like it fits the line! I love that about it, and that we also still got a Dundunsparce, too! Thank you for trying to appeal to both parties with these guys! As someone who is solidly in the Dundunsparce Supremacy Corner, Venospar is a terrific design!
For gortesqe’s beast merge form make it look like Sun-eater’s plasma cannon from MHA, but instead of animals make it look like it’s made of different Pokémon parts, the typing would change from mono bug to bug/dragon, can’t think of an ability for it, hope you like it 😊
Beholdrake - "Attuned Armour" In this Beast-Merge form, Beholdrake's body distorts around it's trainer, forming a protective suit of plate armour, with one of it's teeth stretching into a longsword, while it's main eye is flattened and stretched into a shield. Additionally, to account for this form's drastic increase in weight, more of Beholdrake's teeth form a small platform under the trainer, which can float around with relative ease. This form provides incredible defence, but greatly limits mobility. Those who have seen this form describe it as a motionless figure, being moved around the battlefield as though it were a mere figure on a board. In short, double down on the D&D reference by turning it from a D20 to a miniature one would use to represent their character.
Molundir becomes a long ragged white cloak. The fusion design resembles that of the Cocó from folklore. They’re basically the bogeyman. Typing is ghost psychic. Special ability Frighten it has a chance of paralysis and does psychic damage. Go from there! :)
I have officially watched the entire series to date after discovering it this morning and I have thoughts. 1) this is amazing and wonderful and I love it, second: I wish this was actually a game I could play or a full on cartoon or anime I could watch because by god are you creative enough to deserve it. I already bought so much merch...
I am loving this series and I’m already just thinking ‘when’s the next one coming when’s the next one coming’ like a kid asking ‘are we there yet?’ Take your time of course! I’m just super excited!!! Also, here’s a Narietale beast merge idea I had!! Basically when they fuse it becomes almost centaur like? But the trainer gets pulled back in a weird to where it also looks like they’re riding Narietale. The white hem(?) of the coat become reins that attach to Naritale’s chest, and the rest of the coat becomes a cape/cloak of sorts. The trainer holds Naritale’s head which emits a heavy smoke that cause strong and terrifying hallucinations. Often times the smoke obscures parts of the trainers face too. The smoke’s effect on the trainer is different due to Narietale’s own immunity/influence, causing them to see themselves as a hunter in some kind of great chase. Maybe I’ll come back with this idea if I can draw it, I dunno XD$
Narietale (this is the obvious answer, but) could be turned into a centaur with the ghostly pumpkin wrapping around the trainer’s head (Ghost/Fighting)
Beholdrake becomes a hood ontop of the player, its teeth lining the hood, and the eye on their chest. It gives the user the power to change random outcomes to its liking. Based off of DM's. Could have an ability that ignores chance effects, but makes it's chance effects 100%. Typing could be a mix Fairy, Dark, or even Ghost.
Gortesque is a delightfully terrifying grandparent to the Itlerations! my Doplob Silly Putty was understandably scared to go up against it but used UB-Copycat's ability against itself! By making it take the form of another Doplob with none of the experience with the strange body and whipping movement, Silly Putty quite literally ran circles around it. This entire encounter with so many Bugs only made it more determined to find another Firey Feather, partly to land an early super-effective move against Gortesque when it tries to mess with us again!
Another great episode has come and gone. I cannot wait to see more and more of this story as is plays out!!!! Keep up the amazing work!!! My team: Hissmisti Lilurk Capnary Fauxline Spokeeli Atmosleek PC: Tragikarp, Ho'axian Dudunsparce, Trismoid, Ceratouka, Perlipod, Liskwid, Blipicle, Borka, Bokuvant(When available), Venospar
Beast Merge Ceratouka The Ancient Armor When a trainer and Ceratouka merge, the pokemon becomes armor for the trainer and become savage and relentless. They'll do whatever it takes to destroy the opponent. This leaves the trainer and pokemon with low intelligence which they slowly regain back over the course of a couple of days. Design notes The trainer would have a shield and a mace with Ceratouka's spikes being the spikes on the mace. It's head becoming a skull the trainer wears and it now becomes Ground/Fighting. It's ability is called Ancient Fury which boosts all Rock, Ground and Fighting type moves by 20 percent.
Beast merge Narietale: the gliding joker The trainer wears Narietale's neck-coat-fur as an actual coat, while its body becomes a more spectral version of the Green Goblin's glider that the trainer rides, with spectral gas trailing off of it. Narietale's head becomes a jack-o-lantern helmet that the trainer wears while holding smaller versions of it to mimic Green Goblin's pumpkin bombs, but made of spectral energy. Essentially, make it a ghostly version of the Green Goblin. Typing: Ghost/Flying Ability: Respect for the Dead: Ghost type moves have +1 priority. As a result of the beast merge phenomenon, Narietale gains an influx of spiritual energy. This influx causes it to morph into a spectral hovercraft that the trainer rides upon. They are able to channel this energy into spiritual explosives that they can throw at enemies. This merge leaves trainer and pokemon with a new appreciation for mischief and danger.
Roll has evolved into manterris, good job roll! Team: roll the manteris, sneaky the hismisti, stony the gargerge, copy the flichix, spark the kakurusai, and candy the wrappit. Team 2: tough the ublorn, goofy the kelptikeep, and glitch the missinbit.
I think a Borbkact Beastmerge could be a neat idea, and using a different Fearsom Critter, the Digmaul. Instead of throwing the spines, they instead would combine into a huge spiked lasso attached to a trainers arm, while the poncho would act more like the long pants rodeo participants wear, or as a smaller bandana Name: Savage Showboat Type: Ground Poison Ability: Hold em tight! Moves such as wrap now cause the poison effect
Narietale bonds with their trainer to become Wild Hunter - Based on the idea of the Wild Hunt across mythology, the pumpkin becomes a knight like helm on the trainer with the smoke becoming horn like and pointing upward, with part of the gourd possibly covering an eye as a nod to Odin who is one of the few figures said to lead the Wild Hunt. The gourd extends downward to create pumpkin like armor around the trainer as the shadowy body extends and warps into a more stead like form with the cloak forming the head ghastly head of this new merger, which might or might not have antlers. Illusory riders appear around the trainer as well, as though they are leading them. The trainer may also gain a shadowy weapon in this form, either a a whip reminiscent of a dullahan or a bow to stick with the wild hunt theme. The new ability becomes either Relentless Pursuit which honors both the headless horseman tale as well as the wild hunt by granting a special attack and speed boost when an opponent's pokemon withdraws from combat without fainting so not only would your opponent have to think twice before switching out a mon, but moves like Roar and Whirlwind could be quite tactical OR something that plays more into the leading a hunt aspect but I don't just want to give it something similar to Population Bomb. Maybe something like that mixed with No Retreat? As for typing I would say it keeps the fairy typing to keep in the theme of the Wild Hunt, but trades out ghost for steel or dark typing given the hunter like nature and times at which the Hunt are said to be seen. Anyway, thats my idea and I hope you enjoy!
THESE ARE AWESOME POKEMON, you did a fantastic job as usual Gabe heres my idea for a beast merge i want to have a beast merge FRILLOW and instead, base it on the Qallupilluit which is an inuit cryptid, that lives near ice and kidnaps children, it makes noise to draw prey near it to be snatched (theses ofc more then that but i kept it simple) and since frillow has some sleeping elements, i was thinking perhaps to make it into a baby monitor, that could kidnap babies when sleeping it could have ice crystals coming down that look like stars and when merged, frillow is fully stretched out, and the trainer is under the blanket next to the 4 dangling ice crystals when merged, it can become an ice fairy type, to relate to the baby napping since we need more sadistic fairy types hope u enjoy the idea Froopy 💙
Not sure if it has been said but I really love that youre using ultra beasts in this. I always felt they had so much fun potential for more creepy/weird designs
Here are a few Ideas I had (some of them are repeats from ones I mentioned before but there are some new ones as well) *DudunSparce: The Bug Bullet* (My personal name: The Dun Cart) *Appearance*: The design is primarily the same, however, the dudunsparce flattens out into a straight line, the head straightens out to have more of a cube like shape to it with its eyes turning into headlights, the amount of segments it has doubles, and then each of their tops open up, finally, the bug legs get converted into wheels, turning the speedy bug, into a speedy rollercoaster. The trainer rides in a head cart, but in a team battle, is joined by the other pokemon and trainers *Pokedex Entry*: The Dudunsparce bonded with a trainer gain an understanding of the high speed fun of vehicles and rides, desiring to increase it's speed, the Dudunsparce shifts its body into one of the fastest things in the trainers mind, a rollercoaster. In this newfound form, the Dudunsparce can not only move at exceptionally faster speeds, But can also bring companions along for the ride, a representation of how their bond made them stronger and faster *Stat Change*: Boosted Speed *Type Change*: despite it being called a bug, I believe it to become a Steel/Electric type due to the carts being made of metal and electricity powering these sorts of rides *Ability*: Speeding Bullet (Boosts the power of attacks with first priority[quick attack, fake out, etc.]) or (boosts attacks that go first) *Loodraloo: Rockstar Bond* *Appearance change*: Loodraloo shifts from a streelike lute, to an electric guitar composed of rock covering its original self, the only remnants of its original form is a single long leaf, which acts as a strap that the trainer uses to wear it *Pokedex Entry*: While the Loodraloos normal songs are pleasant and calming, when bonded with a trainer, it gains the knowledge of more modern genres such as rock and heavy metal, to match with those times, A Bonded Loodraloo would merge its body with gravel and rock in attempts to change its music to match the era, mimicking electric based notes by forming sparks through the rubbing of rocks whilst playing the tunes it normally does *Stat Change*: Reduced Def and SP Def, but Both Attack and SP Attack are increased *Type Change*: It kind of stuck with this one, I know I want it to dual type with rock because its made out of rock and because puns, But outside of that, its either a Rock/Steel to reference metal, the type of music I was thinking about with this design, or Rock/Electric, to reference Electric Guitar *Ability*: Adoring Audience (Strengthens its power based on how many surviving pokemon are on its side [basically an anti-Kingambit]) *Beholdrake: The Impossibeast* *Appearance*: if the name didn't make it obvious enough, the Beholdrake bond becomes a reference to a monster from the gravity falls Dnd counterpart, Dungeons Dungeons and more Dungeons, the Beholdrake practically opens wide with this one, its top half and its teeth jutting out to form the wings of the beast, and the bottom half doing the same for the talons, it consumes the trainer, with them hiding within the mouth of the Impossibeast *Pokedex Description*: With UB - Watcher being on the weaker side of the ultra beasts, it desires to become stronger than it others, those dark desires twist both the pokemon and trainer in the bond, distorting its form, and twisting it into a beastly amalgamation of several different parts and peices in a desperate attempt to make it stronger *State Change*: Basic boost in all stats *Type Change*: to complement the twisted change, it turns into a Mono dark type *Ability*: I actually have two unique Dnd based ideas so you could do either or both with one as a hidden, Nat 20 (Every multi hit move is guaranteed to hit the max number of times), Bonus Action (Uses Metronome at the end of the Pokemons Turn) *Breaker between the old ideas and the New ones I came up with* *Manteris: Mantis Style* *Appearance change*: the shape of the body completely covers your body, neck down, you look nearly identical to Manterris just with hands and slimmed down look to match the body type. The head however, turns into a nija esque mask with a black sowl on the top and green face covering, the sharp fingers manteris has get turned into dual katanas that Manteris Weilds *Pokedex Description*: The manteris' desire for stealth and invisibility takes form in the user as a ninja, the Mantis style of this beast merge makes it a formidable foe that is both silent and deadly *Stat Change*: Major decrease in physical Defense, major boost in speed *Type Change*: Dark/Steel to represent how ninjas fight in the dark and steel weaponry *Ability*: Sneak Attack (gives Manteris High evasion if it doesn't use an attacking move) *Narrietail: Drowning in Nightmares* *Appearance change*: This one will have the trainer become the top half making it a centaur, the pumkin head becomes a mask that is dawned upon the drainers face, However, the garbs that drape them become more ragged and torn, the smoke that normally appears in the pumpkin instead drapes from the bottom in a seaweed like form, turning this horse of nightmares into a sort of Kelpie centaur hybrid *Pokedex Description*: Whilst not malicious by nature, the mind games made by Narietale take a toll on its trainer. When beastmerged, the trainers experience a constant state of fear and despair from its mind games, trainers afterwards state that they felt they were "Drowning in its nightmares." During beasmerge, Narietale reflects this fact by turning into a more waterylike appearance to matched the trainers fears *Stat Change*: Big boost in SP attack *Type Change*: Water Ghost or Water Dark because it's a kelpie now, Still deciding if the nightmare aspect here should remain ghost, or also shift to dark *Ability*: Drowning in Nightmares, Water type moves have a chance to put the pokemon to sleep *Ceratouka: Teratouka Warrior* *Appearance change*: A large collection of bones amass together to form a large bipedal mech, With the trainer controlling it from inside the ribcage, which is now open enough for the trainer to be visible, using vinelike strings attached to control it like a puppet, The mech seems to be a conglomerate of several random bones put together, the only one that looks familiar is the head which is a Ceratouka Skull, however, it does not have the horns, which were tied together in the hand to form a makeshift hammer *Pokedex Description*: The trainers mistake in believing Ceratouka to be a skeleton is reflected when beastmerged. the Ceratouka's body completely decays, leaving only the bones and its trainer remaining, without muscles or nerves to control it, the trainer must control it directly with mud to put the bones back together and vines to control it like a puppet, this leads the newly beastmerged form to take a bipedal state as it is one more consistently utilised by the trainer, Deep within the bones of the creature, the screaming soul of ceratouka still lingers *Stat Change*: Undecided at the moment, possibly a major boost in all defense *Type Change*: Ghost/Rock *Ability*: Bone Armor: Supereffective moves either resists or does no damage, but decreases defense when hit *Ketteatuff: The sTEAm engine* *Appearance change*: The entire body of Keteatuff mrphs to form a giant steam engine train, its white feet become wheels with its tail becoming the bars that link the wheels together, the eyes become headlights, the snought extends to form the steam engine top, and the body enlarges into a compartment, where the trainer resides in as the conductor *Pokedex Description*: When Beastmerged, the Steam created by Keteatuff allows the form to traverse at high speeds for days on end, studies have shown that if beastmerges could be eternal, it may be possible for the steam engine to circle around the entire world *Stat Change*: Boosts in speed and defense *Type Change*: Steel/Fire as its now a train and fire seemed to be the more appropriate half of steam to keep *Ability*: Full Steam Ahead (All fire type moves have first priority) That's all I got so far, I may update this with a few more ideas later, but I hope these help, and of course these are of course just some rough ideas I had so if you do end up using any of them, feel free to tweak them in anyway you need to match your art flow and ideas
9:14 Me: *blinks twice* That’s what Eyesedron evolves into! *Shakes head rapidly* We have bigger priorities. Taurtesto, use Heavy Slam again. I have a bad feeling that if we don’t knock that thing out quickly it won’t end well! Taurtesto: *Nods*
Ceratouka Beast Merge: The plates surround their trainer in a prehistoric like bone armor that grew harder from the Ultra Wormhole. Some grow from arms and make it not only sturdy but little detrimental to the body. Type: Steel and Ground/Fighting. (You can pick Ground or Fighting as the other) Ability: Spike Plates: When protecting itself, contact moves damage the attacker by of ⅛ of its HP. Inspiration: Spyke's bone armor from X-Men Evolution and Fossil Warrior Fusions from Yu-Gi-Oh. How's this Gabe?
Beast Merge Ideas Manterris Design Inspiration: A mix of Berserker from Predators, The Sinestro Corps Yautja from DC, and Feral from Prey. Type: Dark/Fighting Ability: Bad Blood Ability Description: Deals increased damage to any opponents below its level by between 13 and any types that are weak against any of its moves, like a Dark Type move against a Psychic Type for example, acts like a quad weakness or if it already has a quad weakness to like a Dark Type move against a Psychic/Bug Type, acts like an eight times weakness. Venospar Design Inspiration: A somewhat humanized Gijinka version of Asmodeus Poisonteeth from Redwall. Type: Poison/Dark Ability: Hypnotic Eyes Ability Description: It acts like a mix of Mean Look, Intimidate, and Confuse Ray where it lowers the opponent’s stats, it blocks their ability to flee if it’s a wild encounter or in a trainer battle, to switch out, and gives them the confusion status effect. Ceratouka Design Inspiration: A somewhat humanized Gijinka of Rhinox from Transformers, specifically his Rise of The Beasts design. Type: Fighting/Steel Ability: Maximize Ability Description: Any sound based moves like Disarming Voice, Sonic Boom, etc. deal four times super effective damage against all types. Narietale Design Inspiration: A mix of all the designs of The Dullahan from The Castlevania Franchise. Type: Ghost/Fighting Ability: Gone for The Head Ability Description: Any attacks that involve the head like Headbutt is treated as a special move and deals priority damage. Gortesque Design Inspiration: A mix of several Necromorphs from The Dead Space Franchise, such as The Brute, The Slasher, The Spitter, The Type: Dark/Ghost Ability: Black Marker Ability Description: Any opponent that faints by it temporarily becomes an additional ally to it until the user of the ability faints.
Also, for beast-merge concepts! One just struck me looking at the candidates we still have left - well, two, actually. I always enjoy a good set of counterpart Pokémon. What if Frillow's fabric theme came to the forefront with a sort of a humble maid outfit - a bit like the Maid trainer class in X and Y. Its current shape would work well, molding into a layered, long dress with a practical top half and maid's cap with those willowy wisps of frost or energy coming off them. Being that Frillow has sort of a pillow thing going on, I can imagine that expanding out into a general housekeeping theme could work well. (Making beds, fluffing pillows.) Because the original inspiration is a German folk tale, I'd suggest Fairy as the primary type and because the inspiration character fluffs feathers out of the pillow in the story? I'd add in a secondary Flying type. Maybe the species name could be something like The Clean Sweep Pokémon? Its ability could be Hospitality - it restores a little of an Ally's HP when it's entered into battle. As for it being a counterpart, I was looking at the kettle theming of Ketteatuff. A butler might go well with a maid - thinking of a butler pouring tea. Where I imagine Frillow's beast merge looking a little classical in design, light colors and pastels, I'd imagine Ketteatuff's looking a lot more vibrant and contrasting with a blue, pinstripe butler's outfit and a teapot hand that shoots scalding water. Typing would be steel and grass - metal teapot holding tea which is made from plants. I'd call it the Boiling Point Pokémon and its ability would be Steam Engine, raising its speed when hit by fire or water type moves.
Venospar, the Destruction Imago - Flying/Dark As you may recall, I came up with a Dudunsparce Beast Merge taking inspiration from the insect kaiju Mothra. So, I feel it’s only appropriate to base Venospar off of Mothra’s dark counterpart, Battra. Like the Dudunsparce design, this one would also result in the Pokemon morphing into a sort of backpack on the trainer with giant insect wings, granting the trainer the ability to fly around the battlefield. The key difference though would be a darker color palette to contrast Dudunsparce, and perhaps accentuated with crowns of spikes from which the trainer can fire purple beams of energy that can “corrode” the soul. Ability: Wicked Infestation: Special Attacks have a 30% chance of imparting a status condition (Poison/Paralysis)
YES FINALLY a cool evolution for Dunsparce!! I cannot tell you the wave of disappointment that washed over me when Dudunsparce was revealed xD Venospar was a breath of fresh air! And I see my boy Manterris not getting a lot of attention, so I'm going to throw Manterris some love. BEAST MERGE: PERFECT HUNTER NEW TYPING: Bug/Dark SPECIAL ABILITY: Expert Ambush - On their first turn in battle against an opponent, your attacks will always land regardless of accuracy, and all attacks against them will miss. (This effect vanishes after the first turn, and all moves will conform to the normal accuracy. The odds of secondary effects such as stat changes or status effects are not boosted. New opponents entering a battle procs this ability again, but only for the applicable opponent.) PERFECT HUNTER transforms Manterris into a set of armor comprised of the bug carapace that make up their body, covering the trainer from head to toe in this refractive suit. Despite the heavy appearance of Manterris, PERFECT HUNTER manifests as a lighter, more nimble appearance so as to eliminate excess noise when preparing to strike. The powerful eye lenses form a compound set of goggles that allow the trainer to see in 360 vision, and heighten focus to pick out weak points in the opponent. Manterris's deadly hand claws become a set of sickles, attached to the arms of the trainer by a pair of bracers, their primary method of attack. PERFECT HUNTER will vanish into the surroundings by camouflage, and strike from its invisible hiding spot with unmatched precision. Once it has struck, however, PERFECT HUNTER's cover is blown, as it gambles all of its chips on ending the match with the first strike. The inspirations for this were (obviously) the Predator having gauntlet knives, but also Assassin's Creed! The entire gimmick of AC is to try to take down your target with a single stealthy attack rather than causing a scene, which is how a highly intelligent apex predator in nature tends to behave. Spending your energy wisely in order to get the maximum reward from your kill is paramount, and mantids in general are exceptional at this, with their combined mimicry and 1-hit-KO sickle arms when it comes to their food. Just like real mantids, though, if you get unlucky and don't take out your prey, there goes your meal! There's also a bit of inspiration from my personal favorite weapon in all of Ratchet & Clank- the Razor Claws! This weapon was a set of dual-arm blades that got more powerful the more enemies you took down without taking a hit, which could lead to devastating combos. Of course, this bonus vanishes the moment somebody smacks you- maybe this could be reflected in an overall drop in Defense, to offset the boost in Speed and Attack? Imagine if this thing had Moxie as its hidden ability! PERFECT HUNTER is especially terrifying if it can learn Guillotine...
Venospar is such a cool evo and really reminds me ph what glorious mon we missed out on for Scarlet and Violet. A Beast Merge Venospar could be so cool if inspired by the Serpent Society from Marvel specifically King Cobra and it Could become a Fighting type
Venospar's and Manterris are both looking pretty awesome. Six fingers being a hidden Bug gym with an Ultra Beast being the gym leader. Very nice twist.
Loodraloo: Gotta get that lute in there, as well as some bard clothing. Borbkact: I’m thinking like a cowboy pistol with the arm, and it flowers at the end, might be too dark for Pokemon
Frillow's design could lend well to a woman in white inspired beast merge. The type ofc changing to ghost or ghost/water The body of the frillow becoming the dress of the woman in white, the ice crystals becoming claws, and the wispy bits becoming like ghostly spectral hair.
I absolutely love this series as it's such a refreshing take on fakemon. As for a beast merge idea Manterris was my favourite Pokémon out of the lot so here is my take. The concept Since it was inspired by the predator franchise let's lean into that more. I also love the idea of the invisibility coming from refracting and bending light rather than just disappearing. So why not use some of that offensively to blind people ( kinda like toru hagakure from my hero academia). The transformation Upon activating the beast merge phenomena Manterris will become either A spear or a bunch of light plasma lunchers ( like the ones used by the Yautja) It has a similar texture/uses of the light bending material it is made out of to help hide it's beloved trainer to protect while also reflecting blasts of light to blind it's opponents. The risk being if it goes on for too long or it is not careful the trainer may accidentally blind itself ( it says in the Pokédex at least) . Type Bug / Fairy ( Bug stays while fighting changes to fairy as fairy is basically the light type because to beast merge enhances the light based elements more. Plus having a more scary fairy type is cool and should be done more) Ability Piercing Light Boost the power and or effect of all light. Uses its physical stats when using a light based move. ( I imagine more light based moves would be introduced so it could be more helpful. The first part is simple. The second part is more tricky. Basically most light based moves are special attacks and Manterris being psychical would not find helpful so when using a light based move it will be treated as if it was a psychical attack using its Attack stat rather than its Special Attack Stats so it can do more damage and be more useful.) Stats ( I'm not sure if this gimmick reworks stats so if it doesn't ignore this part but if so it may be helpful) I would want Attack, Special Defence and speed to be higher to reflect the swiftness and power of both presenters and mantises in gameplay. Plus the idea of the reflecting bits providing good special defence is smart. HP either stays the same or slightly lowered. And special Attack and psychical defence is lowered. ( Special Attack because we aren't really using it and physical defence because the reflecting parts become more sensitive to blunt force under the beast merge from so is hit harder by physical attacks ) I really love Mantises it's one of my favourite animals so I hope you liked my idea and I did the Fakémon justice. Apologies if it was too long or I rambled but I hoped you enjoyed the idea. However feel free to change anything if you have a better idea in mind.
Hischuatch Flying type it's just basically a guy on stilts with the pokemon becoming those really long legs or whatever and the trainer using them to walk and it's Flying type because they are really high up with their head literally in the clouds
Beholdrake’s beast merge form should be a fusion of Mysterio and a dice tower, with the inner eye becoming a globe helmet, and typing should change from mono dragon to dragon/psychic, hope you like and pick my Idea.😊
12:56 Me who knows who got "doppelganger-ed" in the show and who has anxiety and trust issues: Okay, glad we regrouped, but on the way out, let's go through the hall where you (points to Cordelia) were attacked. For safety and making sure that none of us try to leave the group, we will be holding hands. I know, it's childish, but this is the ONLY way I can think of to hold us all accountable. Only if nothing is there do we leave, and we will lock the door on the way out. If you disagree, we will all think you are the shapeshifter and will test you. Feel free to test me. I understand. We good? Good.
Venospar as a Beast Merge immediately gives me two ideas; either a flute for snakecharming or a Disney reference with Jafar's staff. I could see the main body being like a cloak, with the tail becoming much longer and forming the staff. I'd make it Poison/Psychic to really lean into the hypnosis/mind control snakes are associated with in media. Its ability could make the opponents have a chance to either hit themselves, hit their ally, or not act at all every few turns, with it guaranteed to happen the turn the Beast Merge is activated.
This video always makes my day when you post about this amazing world you're creating. I have some interesting ideas for this world. For the Beast Merge, I think it would be cool to see Loodraloo and it's a trainer to merging into a dancing bard. I think the new ability has to be Dancer or Punk Rock. Also, I had two exciting Pokemon ideas for this region. I would like to see the Hoh'ax region of Rockruff that can evolve into different types of wolf-based myths. I am a big fan of Persona and for some reason when I see Jack Frost and Pryo Jack, can see them coming into enjoyable Pokemon designs. I can see a pre-evolution that's a pumpkin then its second stage has a split evolution of Jack Frost and Pryo Jack, then they each have a split evolution. I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and keep up with the hard work!
my Beast Merge ideas right off the dome: Venospar = The Snake Pharmacist [asian myth; a white snake takes human form to be a pharmacist and help people] Narietale = The Wild Hunt [european myth; a horde of ghosts roam the sky during storms and hunt those who run away] Ketteatuff = The Iron Goddess of Mercy [asian myth; dude cleaned an abandoned temple to the goddess and she gave him tea]
You could make Gortesqe’s beast merge form look similar to the form the shapeshifter took when it transformed into that Dipper Mable spider thing with the melted and souless faces, it could gain the dark type and would probably have intimate since in the show it transforms into this form to scare and intimidate them, and maybe also strong jaw since it has those two large mouths
Beast Merge Narietale based off of the Nukalevee, a creature of Celtic lore said to be an imp-like being riding a horse. Could have Narietale's head be on the human partner's own as a helmet and make it a rider with a headless horse.
I thought of the same thing lol, though I thought of another idea on top of it; putting beast merge person on backwards instead of forwards. This is nod to Quentin Trembley, the 8 1/2 president from the episode Irrational-Treasure.
I have a few ideas Narietale- 2 ideas for this one You could go the headless horseman route- the body of the Narietale remains unchanged but the trainer gets equipped with armour in the same style as the rest of the Pokemon's body, the whole Pokemon getting larger as a result and the trainer's head getting replaced with the pokemon. Maybe have the head enveloped in some kind of fire or Miasma- this one is full on Dullahan going back to it's Irish routes and moving away from Sleepy Hollow, though could see a cool idea with the two being fused together much like the Nuckaleve, the 2nd idea is when Beast merged with the trainer it takes on a more Eastern aesthetic being based on the Rokurokubi- there are 2 main types for this one with a flying head and one with a long neck ether could really work, the main idea would be that the ghostly attire would move onto the trainer giving them a ghost-like Kimono, then with the long neck variant Narietale's could extend out of the trainers own neck reaching out and twisting around a little before ending in the pumpkin head, or if going the headless route the head could be orbiting around the body and act as something they could use to launch at the foe and attack with similar to Blacephalon's signature move. This one is just based on the Rokurokubi which is a Yokai Cortesqe- the Pokemon wraps it's body around the trainer, giving them a fleshy suit though its mouth teeth will be wrapped around the trainer's head just like with slowbro, the eyes forming around the body perhaps being able to move around the body to see in any direction- with the main idea being that the pokemon acting as a parasite simular to Venom or a Headcrab is enveloping the trainer in a fleshy battle suit and from here the trainer would be able to use the flesh of the pokemon to create weapons and block attacks. Inspirations- the living suit/armour trope as well as some kind of parasite, so Headcrabs, Eye Guy from Ben 10, Venom etc Venospar- I think the best way to do this would be to turn the trainer into a full-on Lamia, while the snake body would remain unchanged, though could see it gaining a few markings along the side to match the trainer's style, the upper half of the body would get replaced with a scaley serpentine version of the trainer's own, even down to having some slit pupils, the trainer would then use sharp claws and talons to attack. Perhaps giving the trainer a crown of those spikes that resemble a laurel crown to play tribute to the Greek origins of Lamia. I am also thinking perhaps having the trainer where some kind of coat since would love to see it keep the cobra silhouette somehow- main inspiration is just a straight up Lamia Also will expand on my beholdrake idea from last time The pokemon would unfurl itself the panels that made up it's body forming a small wall around the trainer, as the pokemon and the trainers body merge they form the visage of a large dark tower, with two arms that reach out seeming to be able to stretch out as far as desired, the eye of the pokemon being all that is visible under a large hood, with a smaller version of the trainer and the player, as well as a version of beholdake and another random pokemon (meant to be the pokemon they are facing) being attached to strings or standing out before the beast merged form- acting as if they are puppets My main inspirations being- Dungeon Masters, the eye of Sauron and a kind of puppet master taking control
Idea for Grsoteque: Becomes a cloak that draps around your body. While attacking from close range, it can pull out a Claw similar to the pokemon, or (in order to keep it with the shape-shifting theme) it can also turn into a random claw of any pokemon from the Ho'ax region. When "levitating" it can drop some of the goop it has, and can also bw used to hide/protect you when going down the earth, turning into a puddle of goop. It is a Bug/Ghost-type fusion.

I think a cool beast merge would be a fazbagor one where they become a glitchy monstrosity. The fazbagor side becomes a whithered Freddy that has consumed the trainer. In side you can see glitches where the trainer can only be seen as part of the glitch.
another one to add onto this, springlock suits and have them in a golden freddy position with the inside, could be pretty cool
The glitches could have a frame of misingno. as a fun reference also.
Also perhaps maybe the fazbagor could have an arm ripped off like withered freddy

Hirchuach could turn into the alien tripods from War of the Worlds, with flannel and jeans for flavor, the shapeshifter can be John Carpenter’s “The Thing”, maybe the predator one can be “The Invisible Man”
Invisible man is pretty good!
@@josefinameyer7183Manterris get a Dragon/Psiycic form!!!
That's better than the idea I had in mind
I really love how you translated the shapeshifter's body plan into Gortesqe's design. The second head mimicking its giant left shoulder is really nice
Yeah I mean come on don't tell me you didn't get shapeshifter vibes when you first saw ittle
Dark/Ice type
Ability: Reap - Ghost type moves also deal stab damage and restore half of the health dealt by the move.
Borbkact: Throned Outlaw
The trainer's attire will be converted into a classic cowboy attire with Borbkacts distinctive features. Maybe a flowered poncho and a big cowboy hat resembling a cat face in a way. And the trainer will be given cati like revolvers that fire a sticky nectar from them to hold opponents in place.
Grass/Fighting type
Ability: On the draw
"On your first turn, if the opponent goes first, you will attack first using a random move."
I think Quick Draw as an ability would be very fitting too
Yeah, I had similar idea on a previous video but you worded it way better and gave an ability to it. I hope Froopy does this.
Guess I wasn’t the only one to think of this. Though I would have given it a Rock/Steel type.
I FREAKING KNEW LOOKER WAS ACTING WEIRD I FREAKING KNEW IT FROM THE LAST VIDEO
Also the bill cipher Pokémon should be the Pokémon causing all these new ultra beasts
very interesting...
@@froopyart 😈😈😈
Who says that Bill Cipher would be a Pokémon? He’s the type of creature to make horrific monstrosities that vaguely look like him to use as Pokémon.
@@JacksonVoetI mean, it’s implied that theres just one bill throughout the multiverse so I like the idea that bill himself will actually show up.
@@RegiArt7 I mean, yeah. Once Bill went psycho and destroyed the entirety of his home dimension, that meant that variants couldn’t form most likely. He’s alone. Completely alone.
Gonna put this here again, since you hearted it last time!
Beholdrake Beast Merge Concept: The Writhing Nightmare
Beholdrake, feeling overwhelmed by the energy from the crystal, closes its mouth, tangles its eye-stalks together, and shakes uncomfortably.
After both Pokemon attack on one turn, it might say "Machamp's mind broke a little more." and then "Enemy Arcanine's Intimidate cuts Machamp and The Writhing Nightmare's attack!"
The Writhing Nightmare would be unpredictable, frightening, and leave a lasting headache on both Beholdrake and its trainer after the fact until they take a nice, long rest.
BEAST MERGE FORM, Hirsquach:
Fitting for Alex, it turns into a flannel jacket, and at the sleeves emerges either grappling hooks, or hammers(It would be cool if for this form if it relates more to Hirsch) and possible the trainer would gain a fur trapper's hat that is very bush like, and would grow a stubble beard to fit the look of Alex, the typing could turn into a fighting or steel type.
Their teeth ring at the bottom could also be turned into some sorta crown
Premise: Prom queens & trying to be perfect
Typing: Fairy/Bug
Ability: Picture Perfect - When physically attacked, until the attacker's swapped out, the attacking move they used will deal 0X damage to the Gortesqe
Beast Merge Venospar idea: the venom causes the trainer to mutate into a Poison and Fighting type beast, maybe lightly inspired by the Hulk
For a Beast-Merge Beholdrake:
Do you know that really old Dungeon Master foto, where a man with a long wigh beard looks down on the world while holding his arms kind of arojnd it?
Secondly, Beast Merge Form:
Loodraloo - Banshee Bass - Ice/Ghost
(Head Cannon: Cordelia trades and gets the Loodraloo.)
Trainers hold their now dried up Loodraloo in arm similar to a bass guitar with its limbs growing wrapping around the trainers.
(In Single Battles, give the pokemon a small attacks boost to special attacks.)
I wanted to play the fact Loodraloo was meant to be a helpful pokemom for double battles but now becomes a destructive last resort that might take your own pokemon with the opponents.
Also, here is my idea for an Ultra Beast Merged
Borbkact:
Type Change: Grass and Ghost or Grass and Ice
Ability: Standoff - Raises the user's special attack and speed while lowering the target’s special defense and speed when entering battle.
Design: Somewhat of a ghost cowboy and inspiration by The Man with No Name (from the Dollar series).
Summary: When combined with this Pokemon. The trainer gains an immense amount of focus. This Merged Pokemon wields two rock projectiles and when fired shoots out water.
Venospar:
Type Change: Bug and Psychic Type
Ability: Stone Glare - Where it freeze its opponents in fear.
Design: Medusa or Naga
Summary: When trainers gaze upon this Ultra Beast, they freeze in fear because of what they witness in its gaze it permanently freezes like stone.
I think that Loodraloo and its trainer should merge into a magical musician
Yay!! I get another chance to suggest Pokémon ideas.
Beast Merge Suggestion 1: Molundir
Name: Weapon X
Type: Steel / Dark
Ability: Healing Factor - This Pokémon gains 1/4 of its original HP and the end of its turn
Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become extremely agile and gain a ferocious lust for battle.
The trainer's back is also covered by blue feathers
Inspirations:
- Wolverine (Xmen)
- Therizinosaurus (dinosaur)
Beast Merge Suggestion 2: Fazbagore
Name: Glamrock Superstar
Type: Electric / Normal
Ability: Electromorphosis - Doubles the power of the next Electric-type move when hit by an attack
Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become full of energy and loves to be the center of attention. They also become great with children, making them an excellent birthday entertainer.
This Pokémon grants its trainer an electric guitar with a color scheme of glamrock freddy. The trainer also gets light blue face paint on the trainer's cheeks, one shaped as a star and the other shaped like a lightning bolt
Inspirations:
- Glamrock Freddy [Five Nights at Freddy: Security Breach]
Beast Merge Suggestion 3: Beholdrake
Name: DDD Master
Type: Psychic / Fairy
Ability: Roll with Advantage - Opponents will have a greater chance of being inflicted with status effects (burn, confusion, paralyzed, etc.)
Desscription: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon gain almost infinite knowledge and wisdom. While in this form, the trainer can see into multiple realities and infinite alternate timelines. They are able to see the most likely events that are to come.
This Pokémon grants its trainer a staff with a large D20 gemstone. The gemstone has glowing numbers and symbols that are constantly changing. The trainer also gets a dark cloak and multiple glowing eyes surround the trainer head as they see the different futures
Inspirations:
- Dungeon Master [Dungeons and Dragons]
- Infinite Sided Die [Gravity Falls]
- Probabilator the Annoying [Gravity Falls]
Beast Merge Suggestion 4: Candivore
Name: The Venoumous Devourer
Type: Poison/Dragon
Ability: Absolute Power - When this Pokémon is summoned to a double battle, this Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack is increased by half of its allies on the battlefield
Hidden Ability: Sundew Trap - Contact with the Pokémon may lower the attackers' speed and may poison it as well
Description: Trainers who have bonded with this Pokémon become extremely aggressive and hunger for battle.
Inspiration:
- Carnivorous Plants [Venus Fly Trap, Sundew, Pitcher Plant]
- Starving Venom Fusion Dragon [Yu-Gi-Oh]
- Wyvern [Dungeons and Dragons]
Beast Merge Hirchuatch idea:
Type: Grass/Water
Ability: "Swamp Surge" -When this Pokémon enters the field it automatically creates a swap, (The effect from using Grass Pledge + Water Pledge) halfing the enemies speed while active.
Design: Maybe a Mangrove tree, give it four legs or make its arms longer to function as legs, maybe it can use vines to "puppet" others since the original design is inspired by the creator of the the show, maybe some spider monkey if it's going to be on more than two legs?
Frillow
Could change into a fiery, Flowy armor dress and and could have a fiery snowflake looking crown.
Current Team,
1 - Zabbit
2 - Dunsparce (Regional Form) 👉 Venospar
3 - Borca
4 - Fauxline
5 - Atmosleek
6 - Mushimind
POKEMON BOX
1 - Mushimind
2 - Stukabowt
Only 4 device components to go.
Here's my idea for a Beast Merge with Narietale
You know the typical theatre Shakespearean pose where they hold the skull?
My god you are a genius!
For Frillow’s beast merge form, I think it would be hilarious if it was just the classic sheet ghost. It would be ghost / normal type with the ability prankster.
my beast merge sugestion:
Ceratouka horn becomes a sharp curved blade and its head becomes a shield with its dino-feet boots and ribcage chest plate and overall beefs up the trainer and its typing becomes steel, ghost!
Those are pretty big wins in my book!"

I could see Beast Merge Gortesque going full Venom.

I like how you added SO MUCH DETAIL. Ittle is on the white board.
2:45
Edit:8 i love how gortesqe is like a forgotten evolution of ittle !
For gortesqe’s beast merge form make it look like Sun-eater’s plasma cannon from MHA, but instead of animals make it look like it’s made of different Pokémon parts, the typing would change from mono bug to bug/dragon, can’t think of an ability for it, hope you like it 😊
Beholdrake - "Attuned Armour"
In this Beast-Merge form, Beholdrake's body distorts around it's trainer, forming a protective suit of plate armour, with one of it's teeth stretching into a longsword, while it's main eye is flattened and stretched into a shield.
Omigoodness! Thank you so much! Well, I am glad to have you watching the series, new episode will be out tomorrow!
every time I see your videos, I know it's going to be a banger and a cultural discovery
it has become a bit of my go-to for this wonderful series
I am loving this series and I’m already just thinking ‘when’s the next one coming when’s the next one coming’ like a kid asking ‘are we there yet?’
Take your time of course!
Then my man hits me with Seedron’s evolution, Manterris! 🙌🏻
You have been cooking my dude!
Frillow could become one of those dart shooter things for the trainer to fire poisonous snow balls (ice/poison)

Beast Merge Ceratouka
The Ancient Armor
When a trainer and Ceratouka merge, the pokemon becomes armor for the trainer and become savage and relentless. They'll do whatever it takes to destroy the opponent. This leaves the trainer and pokemon with low intelligence which they slowly regain back over the course of a couple of days.
Design notes
The trainer would have a shield and a mace with Ceratouka's spikes being the spikes on the mace. It's head becoming a skull the trainer wears and it now becomes Ground/Fighting. It's ability is called Ancient Fury which boosts all Rock, Ground and Fighting type moves by 20 percent.
Beast merge Narietale: the gliding joker
The trainer wears Narietale's neck-coat-fur as an actual coat, while its body becomes a more spectral version of the Green Goblin's glider that the trainer rides, with spectral gas trailing off of it. Narietale's head becomes a jack-o-lantern helmet that the trainer wears while holding smaller versions of it to mimic Green Goblin's pumpkin bombs, but made of spectral energy. Essentially, make it a ghostly version of the Green Goblin.
Typing: Ghost/Flying
Ability: Respect for the Dead: Ghost type moves have +1 priority.
(Sings)
The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout
Down came the Goblin and took the spider out
(Laughs maniacally)
Roll has evolved into manterris, good job roll! Team: roll the manteris, sneaky the hismisti, stony the gargerge, copy the flichix, spark the kakurusai, and candy the wrappit. Team 2: tough the ublorn, goofy the kelptikeep, and glitch the missinbit.
I think a Borbkact Beastmerge could be a neat idea, and using a different Fearsom Critter, the Digmaul.
Instead of throwing the spines, they instead would combine into a huge spiked lasso attached to a trainers arm, while the poncho would act more like the long pants rodeo participants wear, or as a smaller bandana
Name: Savage Showboat
Type: Ground Poison
Ability: Hold em tight!
THESE ARE AWESOME POKEMON, you did a fantastic job as usual Gabe
heres my idea for a beast merge
i want to have a beast merge FRILLOW
and instead, base it on the Qallupilluit
which is an inuit cryptid, that lives near ice and kidnaps children, it makes noise to draw prey near it to be snatched (theses ofc more then that but i kept it simple)
and since frillow has some sleeping elements, i was thinking perhaps to make it into a baby monitor, that could kidnap babies when sleeping
it could have ice crystals coming down that look like stars
and when merged, frillow is fully stretched out, and the trainer is under the blanket next to the 4 dangling ice crystals
when merged, it can become an ice fairy type, to relate to the baby napping
since we need more sadistic fairy types
hope u enjoy the idea Froopy
💙
Not sure if it has been said but I really love that youre using ultra beasts in this. I always felt they had so much fun potential for more creepy/weird designs
Loodraloo and Ketteatuff could become the objects they are based on. (Normal/fairy) and (Steel/fire) respectively.
A quiet place pokemon
Here are a few Ideas I had (some of them are repeats from ones I mentioned before but there are some new ones as well)
*DudunSparce: The Bug Bullet* (My personal name: The Dun Cart)
*Appearance*: The design is primarily the same, however, the dudunsparce flattens out into a straight line, the head straightens out to have more of a cube like shape to it with its eyes turning into headlights, the amount of segments it has doubles, and then each of their tops open up, finally, the bug legs get converted into wheels, turning the speedy bug, into a speedy rollercoaster. The trainer rides in a head cart, but in a team battle, is joined by the other pokemon and trainers
*Pokedex Entry*: The Dudunsparce bonded with a trainer gain an understanding of the high speed fun of vehicles and rides, desiring to increase it's speed, the Dudunsparce shifts its body into one of the fastest things in the trainers mind, a rollercoaster. In this newfound form, the Dudunsparce can not only move at exceptionally faster speeds, But can also bring companions along for the ride, a representation of how their bond made them stronger and faster
*Stat Change*: Boosted Speed
*Type Change*: despite it being called a bug, I believe it to become a Steel/Electric type due to the carts being made of metal and electricity powering these sorts of rides
*Ability*: Speeding Bullet (Boosts the power of attacks with first priority[quick attack, fake out, etc.]) or (boosts attacks that go first)
*Loodraloo: Rockstar Bond*
*Appearance change*: Loodraloo shifts from a streelike lute, to an electric guitar composed of rock covering its original self, the only remnants of its original form is a single long leaf, which acts as a strap that the trainer uses to wear it
*Pokedex Entry*: While the Loodraloos normal songs are pleasant and calming, when bonded with a trainer, it gains the knowledge of more modern genres such as rock and heavy metal, to match with those times, A Bonded Loodraloo would merge its body with gravel and rock in attempts to change its music to match the era, mimicking electric based notes by forming sparks through the rubbing of rocks whilst playing the tunes it normally does
*Stat Change*: Reduced Def and SP Def, but Both Attack and SP Attack are increased
*Type Change*: It kind of stuck with this one, I know I want it to dual type with rock because its made out of rock and because puns, But outside of that, its either a Rock/Steel to reference metal, the type of music I was thinking about with this design, or Rock/Electric, to reference Electric Guitar
*Ability*: Adoring Audience (Strengthens its power based on how many surviving pokemon are on its side [basically an anti-Kingambit])
*Beholdrake: The Impossibeast*
*Appearance*: if the name didn't make it obvious enough, the Beholdrake bond becomes a reference to a monster from the gravity falls Dnd counterpart, Dungeons Dungeons and more Dungeons, the Beholdrake practically opens wide with this one, its top half and its teeth jutting out to form the wings of the beast, and the bottom half doing the same for the talons, it consumes the trainer, with them hiding within the mouth of the Impossibeast
*Pokedex Description*: With UB - Watcher being on the weaker side of the ultra beasts, it desires to become stronger than it others, those dark desires twist both the pokemon and trainer in the bond, distorting its form, and twisting it into a beastly amalgamation of several different parts and peices in a desperate attempt to make it stronger
*State Change*: Basic boost in all stats
*Type Change*: to complement the twisted change, it turns into a Mono dark type
*Ability*: I actually have two unique Dnd based ideas so you could do either or both with one as a hidden, Nat 20 (Every multi hit move is guaranteed to hit the max number of times), Bonus Action (Uses Metronome at the end of the Pokemons Turn)
*Breaker between the old ideas and the New ones I came up with*
*Manteris: Mantis Style*
*Appearance change*: the shape of the body completely covers your body, neck down, you look nearly identical to Manterris just with hands and slimmed down look to match the body type. The head however, turns into a nija esque mask with a black sowl on the top and green face covering, the sharp fingers manteris has get turned into dual katanas that Manteris Weilds
*Pokedex Description*: The manteris' desire for stealth and invisibility takes form in the user as a ninja, the Mantis style of this beast merge makes it a formidable foe that is both silent and deadly
*Stat Change*: Major decrease in physical Defense, major boost in speed
*Type Change*: Dark/Steel to represent how ninjas fight in the dark and steel weaponry
*Ability*: Sneak Attack (gives Manteris High evasion if it doesn't use an attacking move)
*Narrietail: Drowning in Nightmares*
*Appearance change*: This one will have the trainer become the top half making it a centaur, the pumkin head becomes a mask that is dawned upon the drainers face, However, the garbs that drape them become more ragged and torn, the smoke that normally appears in the pumpkin instead drapes from the bottom in a seaweed like form, turning this horse of nightmares into a sort of Kelpie centaur hybrid
*Pokedex Description*: Whilst not malicious by nature, the mind games made by Narietale take a toll on its trainer. When beastmerged, the trainers experience a constant state of fear and despair from its mind games, trainers afterwards state that they felt they were "Drowning in its nightmares." During beasmerge, Narietale reflects this fact by turning into a more waterylike appearance to matched the trainers fears
*Stat Change*: Big boost in SP attack
*Type Change*: Water Ghost or Water Dark because it's a kelpie now, Still deciding if the nightmare aspect here should remain ghost, or also shift to dark
*Ability*: Drowning in Nightmares, Water type moves have a chance to put the pokemon to sleep
*Ceratouka: Teratouka Warrior*
*Appearance change*: A large collection of bones amass together to form a large bipedal mech, With the trainer controlling it from inside the ribcage, which is now open enough for the trainer to be visible, using vinelike strings attached to control it like a puppet, The mech seems to be a conglomerate of several random bones put together, the only one that looks familiar is the head which is a Ceratouka Skull, however, it does not have the horns, which were tied together in the hand to form a makeshift hammer
*Pokedex Description*: The trainers mistake in believing Ceratouka to be a skeleton is reflected when beastmerged. the Ceratouka's body completely decays, leaving only the bones and its trainer remaining, without muscles or nerves to control it, the trainer must control it directly with mud to put the bones back together and vines to control it like a puppet, this leads the newly beastmerged form to take a bipedal state as it is one more consistently utilised by the trainer, Deep within the bones of the creature, the screaming soul of ceratouka still lingers
*Stat Change*: Undecided at the moment, possibly a major boost in all defense
*Type Change*: Ghost/Rock
*Ability*: Bone Armor: Supereffective moves either resists or does no damage, but decreases defense when hit
*Ketteatuff: The sTEAm engine*
*Appearance change*: The entire body of Keteatuff mrphs to form a giant steam engine train, its white feet become wheels with its tail becoming the bars that link the wheels together, the eyes become headlights, the snought extends to form the steam engine top, and the body enlarges into a compartment, where the trainer resides in as the conductor
*Pokedex Description*: When Beastmerged, the Steam created by Keteatuff allows the form to traverse at high speeds for days on end, studies have shown that if beastmerges could be eternal, it may be possible for the steam engine to circle around the entire world
*Stat Change*: Boosts in speed and defense
*Type Change*: Steel/Fire as its now a train and fire seemed to be the more appropriate half of steam to keep
*Ability*: Full Steam Ahead (All fire type moves have first priority)
That's all I got so far, I may update this with a few more ideas later, but I hope these help, and of course these are of course just some rough ideas I had so if you do end up using any of them, feel free to tweak them in anyway you need to match your art flow and ideas
These are all so good. Keep an eye on the next episode for sure.
Guessing gortesque and ittle are like phione and Manaphy, both related but one can't evolve into the other
9:14 Me: *blinks twice* That’s what Eyesedron evolves into!
(You can pick Ground or Fighting as the other)
Ability: Spike Plates: When protecting itself, contact moves damage the attacker by of ⅛ of its HP.
Inspiration: Spyke's bone armor from X-Men Evolution and Fossil Warrior Fusions from Yu-Gi-Oh.
How's this Gabe?
I actually have a second inspiration for this that I edited in. Does this work for an idea Gabe?
Beast Merge Ideas
Manterris
Design Inspiration: A mix of Berserker from Predators, The Sinestro Corps Yautja from DC, and Feral from Prey.
Type: Dark/Fighting
Ability: Bad Blood
Ability Description: Deals increased damage to any opponents below its level by between 13 and any types that are weak against any of its moves, like a Dark Type move against a Psychic Type for example, acts like a quad weakness or if it already has a quad weakness to like a Dark Type move against a Psychic/Bug Type, acts like an eight times weakness.
Venospar
Design Inspiration: A somewhat humanized Gijinka version of Asmodeus Poisonteeth from Redwall.
Type: Poison/Dark
Ability: Hypnotic Eyes
Ability Description: It acts like a mix of Mean Look, Intimidate, and Confuse Ray where it lowers the opponent’s stats, it blocks their ability to flee if it’s a wild encounter or in a trainer battle, to switch out, and gives them the confusion status effect.
Ceratouka
Design Inspiration: A somewhat humanized Gijinka of Rhinox from Transformers, specifically his Rise of The Beasts design.
Type: Fighting/Steel
Ability: Maximize
Ability Description: Any sound based moves like Disarming Voice, Sonic Boom, etc. deal four times super effective damage against all types.
Narietale
Design Inspiration: A mix of all the designs of The Dullahan from The Castlevania Franchise.
Type: Ghost/Fighting
Ability: Gone for The Head
Ability Description: Any attacks that involve the head like Headbutt is treated as a special move and deals priority damage.
Gortesque
Design Inspiration: A mix of several Necromorphs from The Dead Space Franchise, such as The Brute, The Slasher, The Spitter, The
Type: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Black Marker
Ability Description: Any opponent that faints by it temporarily becomes an additional ally to it until the user of the ability faints.
Venospar, the Destruction Imago - Flying/Dark
As you may recall, I came up with a Dudunsparce Beast Merge taking inspiration from the insect kaiju Mothra.
BEAST MERGE: PERFECT HUNTER
NEW TYPING: Bug/Dark
SPECIAL ABILITY: Expert Ambush - On their first turn in battle against an opponent, your attacks will always land regardless of accuracy, and all attacks against them will miss. (This effect vanishes after the first turn, and all moves will conform to the normal accuracy. The odds of secondary effects such as stat changes or status effects are not boosted. New opponents entering a battle procs this ability again, but only for the applicable opponent.)
PERFECT HUNTER transforms Manterris into a set of armor comprised of the bug carapace that make up their body, covering the trainer from head to toe in this refractive suit.

Frillow's design could lend well to a woman in white inspired beast merge. The type ofc changing to ghost or ghost/water
The body of the frillow becoming the dress of the woman in white, the ice crystals becoming claws, and the wispy bits becoming like ghostly spectral hair.
I absolutely love this series as it's such a refreshing take on fakemon.
As for a beast merge idea Manterris was my favourite Pokémon out of the lot so here is my take.
The concept
Since it was inspired by the predator franchise let's lean into that more. I also love the idea of the invisibility coming from refracting and bending light rather than just disappearing. So why not use some of that offensively to blind people ( kinda like toru hagakure from my hero academia).
The transformation
Upon activating the beast merge phenomena Manterris will become either A spear or a bunch of light plasma lunchers ( like the ones used by the Yautja)
It has a similar texture/uses of the light bending material it is made out of to help hide it's beloved trainer to protect while also reflecting blasts of light to blind it's opponents.
The risk being if it goes on for too long or it is not careful the trainer may accidentally blind itself ( it says in the Pokédex at least) .
Type
Bug / Fairy
( Bug stays while fighting changes to fairy as fairy is basically the light type because to beast merge enhances the light based elements more. Plus having a more scary fairy type is cool and should be done more)
Ability
Piercing Light
Boost the power and or effect of all light. Uses its physical stats when using a light based move.
( I imagine more light based moves would be introduced so it could be more helpful. The first part is simple. The second part is more tricky.
Basically most light based moves are special attacks and Manterris being psychical would not find helpful so when using a light based move it will be treated as if it was a psychical attack using its Attack stat rather than its Special Attack Stats so it can do more damage and be more useful.)
Stats
( I'm not sure if this gimmick reworks stats so if it doesn't ignore this part but if so it may be helpful)
I would want Attack, Special Defence and speed to be higher to reflect the swiftness and power of both presenters and mantises in gameplay. Plus the idea of the reflecting bits providing good special defence is smart.
HP either stays the same or slightly lowered.
And special Attack and psychical defence is lowered.
( Special Attack because we aren't really using it and physical defence because the reflecting parts become more sensitive to blunt force under the beast merge from so is hit harder by physical attacks )
I really love Mantises it's one of my favourite animals so I hope you liked my idea and I did the Fakémon justice.
We good? Good.
11:56 Ultra Beast you can’t even fathom, huh? I think I might be able to de-Cipher who the shapeshifter is talking about here 😉
Venospar as a Beast Merge immediately gives me two ideas; either a flute for snakecharming or a Disney reference with Jafar's staff.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day and keep up with the hard work!
my Beast Merge ideas right off the dome:
Venospar = The Snake Pharmacist [asian myth; a white snake takes human form to be a pharmacist and help people]
Narietale = The Wild Hunt [european myth; a horde of ghosts roam the sky during storms and hunt those who run away]
Ketteatuff = The Iron Goddess of Mercy [asian myth; dude cleaned an abandoned temple to the goddess and she gave him tea]
That's what I'm saying the arms dragging besides it would look sick
@@IdkBrock Maybe make the cloak into arm-like appendages that drag along the ground.
I thought of the same thing lol, though I thought of another idea on top of it; putting beast merge person on backwards instead of forwards. This is nod to Quentin Trembley, the 8 1/2 president from the episode Irrational-Treasure.

I have a few ideas
Narietale- 2 ideas for this one
You could go the headless horseman route- the body of the Narietale remains unchanged but the trainer gets equipped with armour in the same style as the rest of the Pokemon's body, the whole Pokemon getting larger as a result and the trainer's head getting replaced with the pokemon. Maybe have the head enveloped in some kind of fire or Miasma- this one is full on Dullahan going back to it's Irish routes and moving away from Sleepy Hollow, though could see a cool idea with the two being fused together much like the Nuckaleve,
the 2nd idea is when Beast merged with the trainer it takes on a more Eastern aesthetic being based on the Rokurokubi- there are 2 main types for this one with a flying head and one with a long neck ether could really work, the main idea would be that the ghostly attire would move onto the trainer giving them a ghost-like Kimono, then with the long neck variant Narietale's could extend out of the trainers own neck reaching out and twisting around a little before ending in the pumpkin head, or if going the headless route the head could be orbiting around the body and act as something they could use to launch at the foe and attack with similar to Blacephalon's signature move. This one is just based on the Rokurokubi which is a Yokai
Cortesqe- the Pokemon wraps it's body around the trainer, giving them a fleshy suit though its mouth teeth will be wrapped around the trainer's head just like with slowbro, the eyes forming around the body perhaps being able to move around the body to see in any direction- with the main idea being that the pokemon acting as a parasite simular to Venom or a Headcrab is enveloping the trainer in a fleshy battle suit and from here the trainer would be able to use the flesh of the pokemon to create weapons and block attacks. Inspirations- the living suit/armour trope as well as some kind of parasite, so Headcrabs, Eye Guy from Ben 10, Venom etc
Venospar- I think the best way to do this would be to turn the trainer into a full-on Lamia, while the snake body would remain unchanged, though could see it gaining a few markings along the side to match the trainer's style, the upper half of the body would get replaced with a scaley serpentine version of the trainer's own, even down to having some slit pupils, the trainer would then use sharp claws and talons to attack. Perhaps giving the trainer a crown of those spikes that resemble a laurel crown to play tribute to the Greek origins of Lamia. I am also thinking perhaps having the trainer where some kind of coat since would love to see it keep the cobra silhouette somehow- main inspiration is just a straight up Lamia
Also will expand on my beholdrake idea from last time
The pokemon would unfurl itself the panels that made up it's body forming a small wall around the trainer, as the pokemon and the trainers body merge they form the visage of a large dark tower, with two arms that reach out seeming to be able to stretch out as far as desired, the eye of the pokemon being all that is visible under a large hood, with a smaller version of the trainer and the player, as well as a version of beholdake and another random pokemon (meant to be the pokemon they are facing) being attached to strings or standing out before the beast merged form- acting as if they are puppets
My main inspirations being- Dungeon Masters, the eye of Sauron and a kind of puppet master taking control
This was so exciting. I love all the new Pokémon and especially the new Ultra Beast design!!!
Manterris is such a cool freaking Pokémon! Always happy to see a horror movie reference as a horror movie fan!
