- To say my everyday life has immediately changed is an understatement. The busy morning routine with my Mom, aka Queen "G" has definitely been a huge void to wake up to. I can hear her voice, laughter, and morning TV way in the distance as I keep trying to make my day the most loveliest. Caregiving was an honor for me. I miss her so much it hurts. But, so darn proud of Jay and I, as she always told us how thankful she was for all that we done for her. Caregiving is hard, especially caring for your parent. I hope this brings some sort of inspiration to others caring for their love one. Always try to find the patience, compassion, and hope during your caregiving journey. Trust me, it makes every difference in the world for you and them.

I put off watching this until I could give it my full attention. Queen G touched so many lives, mine included, even if I never met her in person. It is such as heart felt vlog. I enjoyed seeing the dresses she made for you. You already know how lucky you were to have her as a mom, thank you for being an incredible care giver❤
She always told me how lucky of a mommy to have me as her daughter. But then I always told her that I was the luckiest to have her as my Mom💕❤️🥰 There was no doubt how we both felt.

I’m so very very lucky I had her create, design, all those dresses I shared in this video! Especially my wedding gown 💕. She was such a brilliant seamstress!
This makes me miss my mom! She was the sweetest kindest woman I knew much like your mom! The woman wouldn’t hurt a flea! Everyone that knew her said the same. I’m sad I never got to show her on my channel. Hugs to you my friend 💜

Hugs and much love to all of you. My husband recently had a stroke and my having watched your videos and my having been a caregiver to my mom in the past has helped me immensely over the last two weeks. He is improving daily but it is a scary thing indeed.

Queen G had good taste in music: Elvis, Neil Diamond and Don Williams. Grew up with all of them, and more Country, Rock and R&B Soul.

Sorry to hear about Queen G. My prayers out to your family. I lost my husband in 2018, believe me I understand your grief. Life goes on but I’m grateful for my family. I know I wasn’t the only one going through this, it affected them as well. Today we’re doing so much better. I will always have those fond memories of him. 🙏

She was always sewing something in her sewing room. I could hear her sewing machine now in the distance. She absolutely loved the apron Sue sewed for her! 🐾💕✌🏼👑
I hear the sewing machine all night till early mornings, BOSS is just like Queen G…Always sewing and she loves it
We moved back in to my parents house last year after my Mum died and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. We just moved out this year and I think that it was the hardest decision to let go of the family home we have been looking after my Dad this is the third year and Dad has alcohol dementia. So thankyou so very much for letting us into your life and helping other’s like me.❤

This was such a beautiful video. It was sweet seeing Queen G again. I loved seeing everything she sewed for you. She was an amazing seamstress. My Mother used to make all my clothes. Nothing more wonderful than having your clothes made for you. Nothing ever fit as perfect as Mom’s clothes. It’s special that you have many videos of your mom & family. Hi Lucy! So true about having clothes made especially for you. She also sewed our holiday dresses and Halloween costumes growing up lol. Oh, and our bedroom matching decor with our comforter, curtains, etc. lol. Plans were to move to Las Vegas and still remains. 👍🏼

Sorry about grandma Queen G, I’ve always loved how even though your mom and dad weren’t married anymore that your dad and his wife, Queen G respected each others. Your father was sweet to take her to the strat to see Las Vegas. 😢. Wow was she talented with those dresses she made, she could have been a famous person I mean those dresses were professional level.
I agree about how all three of my parents got a long, and respected each other. We were family ❤️. Yes, mom’s sewing skills were amazing!
