Thank you so much for this tutorial! I was looking for this for a long time. I used to use phrase like "how to prioritize my task" and all I was getting were solutions on technical level. I found your video by accident so I highly recommend to add to the title word "prioritize/prioritizing". This way more people can benefit from your tips. Thanks again! You significantly helped me with organisation my daily tasks:-) Alexandra
Good tips. Personally, I find starting off with 2 or 3 short tasks works well as they are quick to finish and gets me in the flow. Then ready to tackle the bigger ones
Great system and approach as the clearer your head is, the more effective you are. Will use this. I love the start ahead approach idea. I do this also when I can and it is very rewarding Thankyou
@simpletivity, Scott: I love your content and your teaching style. Do you suggest we use this process in addition (or as an alternative) to your Urgent, Important, and FUN system?
Great observation, Doug. Yes, I like to present a few different tactics so that people can see what works best for their particular needs. Thanks so much for the comment!
Still nothing beats Mark Forster's system of closed lists. That's an absolute revolution in time management.

I agree. I have been using it for years. I am a great advocate of notebook and pen, rather than the distraction monster that is an electronic device.
