Bravo and thanks for extra video of examples with explantations, this made real understanding how to interact with parameters of photo, it is more accurate and more fast and give real way to express creativity :-) For sure, it needs some practise.

Thank you for this nice tutorial. As the software it is great. In this video you have done a lot of pin and unpin points using key combination. For MAC to select point I have to use CMD + CTRL+ Shift + arrows just to select the points and then CTRL+ALT+Shift + left Click to pin the points. You have un pined just the selected points using the reset button but if do the same all points are restored to original and I can not unpin just the selected points. Can you please give us (for MAC) a full list of all key combinations to select, deselect, pin, unpin and reset points in A/B grid?

Hello, on your video, you show one photo with soldier and change colours according to 2 colours and move one by one lines of hue; why do you join only 4 lines to one colour and all other lines to the other colours ? Why do you move at the end one line to an extra colour before with working with neutral colours ?

      >why do you join only 4 lines to one colour and all other lines to the other colours ?
In 3D LUT Creator you can adjust color transitions very presizely, so you can decide where the border betweem two main colors goes. I decided to do it as on the video.
      >Why do you move at the end one line to an extra colour before with working with neutral colours ?
It doesen't matter when you move it: before or after you change neutral colors. I moved it because I wanted to make the color of soldiers' jacket more blue.

Thanks for explanations ! A/B tools is a very good tool and can allow really interesting color grading, I really like your program !

=> it means that for lines of hues closed to orange will become orange and all other colours blue, right ? Such example can't work with video where there will be trees or grass because green became blue, right ?
I still don't understand which lines to move according to reference colours : on last examples, you took 3 reference colours and move lines on these 3 colours and you decide to move one line (magenta line) which is next to blue to red colours which is more far, why ? How do you decide where to move lines according to references colours ? If it is equidistant colours, why will it be 5 lines for red, 7 for blue and only 3 for green ? why it will not be same number of lines for each reference colours ?
Sorry with my questions, I just try to understand precisely how to use your program according on photo. I understand well principles of 3D LUT Creator but in some specific photos, I don't know how to act to create harmony.
It could be useful maybe that on your videos to show in same time vectorscope and/or RVB parade in order to see what's happening. F5 refresh (button F5 or directly from menu of 3D LUT Creator) seems don't work on my computer (I use Windows 10) : references colours don't appear on grid, I tried many times.

      Yes.
      > Such example can't work with video where there will be trees or grass because green became blue, right ?
You can make color mask and built it to the LUT.

I decided to do it as on the video. It is like to ask the cook: "Why do you put this much salt to the salad?". And the cook will say: "It is up to your taste."
      >It could be useful maybe that on your videos to show in same time vectorscope and/or RVB parade in order to see what's happening.
You can open it and repeat my actions. But it is better to look at the image.

Did you choose them on working image? Local colors do not appear on the grid, only reference colors.

Thanks :-) in fact, I needed to learn rules of harmony colours based on colour wheel. I read articles about it byt nternet and in your example, it is recommended to choose one dominant colour depending on your taste and move more lines on this dominant colour.
PS : I'm masterchief cook and if you put more salt in your salad it means that salad or sauce don't have enough taste and you need to increase taste of existing tastes (like increase contrast):-). Tasty salad has its own mineral salt in quantity. So better I guess first to choose one real tasty and fresh salad :-) In your example, you did not put more salt, you put more pepper to balance cold taste of salad with hot taste of pepper :-)
