1) by hanging out as brothers they are often reminiscing about being children together, subconsciously 2) They have been becoming dads/uncles over the course of the past handful of years, so babies/kids are very much a part of their lives
I dont rhink that having kids do some janitorial work is a bad thing. Mandatory public aervice would help people respect the world around them and appreciate the work janitors do. Japan has no school janitors for the most part because students are tasked with upkeep
