A lot of this just sounds like things from your own personal opinion and it would have been nice for you to say that. Unrelated, the amount of times you called the car raw makes it sound like a steak. Saying "this car is not a good car for a saturday drive" or "this is not an old man car" is crazy to me because I really dont think there is any grounds for you to say that. It's a fun car and just because you're old doesnt mean you have to retire and get a corvette or something. People like differeny things and I think if you review another car you should stick to a review of the car itself. Stick to the specs. Like the rust on an NA. Thats important to know. From a miata owner
I wouldn’t say this is my opinion, some yes of course. But the Miata’s makes noises and uncomfortable I don’t understand your point. I love it for that, like I said, but I get people telling me that’s the reason they hate the Miata. I bring up retirement because a lot of older people bought these cars, obviously if you like the car buy it. But it’s not a let’s go take the roadster on a day trip for most people. As I stated in the video a z3 or even a nb is a better option. Specs don’t tell the full story, I’ve linked my buyers guide if someone wants specs. But as a na owner I’d like to know you do you or do you not agree. Because as an owner this is something I wanted to point out.
I had a similar experience with a motorcycle - bought a mid 2000 single cylinder supermoto where people praised it for being „raw“ and noisy. Loved it at first but not knowing which noises are normal and which aren’t really got to me after some time and I lost all the fun riding it. I think the kinds of vehicles are for people who either can work on engines or don’t care when they have to tow them to a shop and pay a bunch for repairs eventually
I agree with your last statement. These cars in simple to work on and reliable. But unless you want to work on it yourself or have money (which these cars are cheap so probably not) it’s not too fun.
I have a mk 2.5 and i have had enough of it slow handles ok but my focus is better riddled with faults and rust but it was a present of my mrs otherwise it would be long gone

--- CORRECT . . . If the roadster is that unpleasant why own a Miata?

4 hrs is about how long i can last on a road trip. If its not interstate, I find it quite enjoyable. I need earplugs my exhaust is so loud.

Please define 'OLD" how old is old to enjoy this car?

Great read! The Miata is such a fun car. We sent you an email, take a look.
I use to want a Miata. But it just doesn’t suit my life at all. They definitely aren’t fun until they are modded.
Yah my Miata definitely is way more fun with the mods I’ve done to it.
A miata is a good and affordable but is very slow which is very boring and it's not that comfortable but its a good car you known👍
I mean I wouldn’t say boring but definitely needs mods to bring out the fun
True true but I've only driven it once so I haven't had full experience with it but I am still stuck.on the wrangler
Yah fair enough. Old jeeps I suppose could be fun comparison for a Miata.
Yeah it has a lot of mechanical problems like its used
Its the 1993 version so it has alot of mechanical problems but it is overall good
