Plot:
On the run in the year of 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie, on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken.

Bumblebee is a 2018 American science fiction action film centered on the Transformers character of the same name. It is the sixth installment of the live-action Transformers film series, and was developed as a spin-off and prequel, later declared a reboot of the franchise. I know Bee’s whole gimmick is talking through the radio and what not, but I actually liked his original voice in this movie. I hope his voice gets fixed in Rise of Beasts, that’s be awesome!
I hope so too but all hints points to him being mute in these movies which is fucking disappointing. Also, the fact that they ditched Dylan for Keegan-Michael Key for the Cybertron prequel and that Bumblebee is involved in Prime’s origin just sucks

In bayverse he was 18 feet tall. in knightverse he's just 11'6 .

Blitzing was so badass, he was so powerful he almost overthrew Megatron on many occasions, he loved to torture his opponents, and was a very was a high ranking officer, but it was his war crimes that made him incompetent.
I think Bayformers had the right idea, translating these (admittedly goofy) designs to a more serious format. But for some designs (Mainly the Decepticons), they are borderline unrecognizable. Like look at Frenzy, Soundwave, or even some Autobots like Wheeljack and tell me they even look remotely similar to their original designs.

The reason Blitzwing looks like Starscream is because in movie canon Blitzwing is a seeker. And in G1 seekers have the same body type with different color variations thats why Blitzwing looks like Starscream. And at the point the movie came out it was a soft reboot that's why dropkick doesn't look like is G1 counterpart they were still using Bay type designs for their characters.
Did Blitzwing have a split personality? It sounded like there were three voices. I'm not too familiar with him.
Wow, from a design standpoint, it's phenomenally better that we can actually identify who the 'Cons are. With Bayformers, nearly every bot was almost unrecognizable.
I agree! Bay's transformers are harder to tell apart than these are. I also like the graphics of this movie and how they gave them the vintage look!
@@jordanclark6629 The only way we could have told them apart was when they were in their disguise mode. And that was hard to figure out until we were told by writers and designers who they were.

To be fair, a lot of those *were* speaking some Cybertronian language. This *is* better, though.
Most of the deceptions spoke cybertronion in the bay movies
To defend bay a little bit, it was realistic because this new trilogy the bots speak english but the old trilogy most of them spoke in cybertronian and gave a reason why the bots spoke english, instead of just them speaking english from the get go

I tend to disagree. Bumblebee translforming into a VW Beetle was the best decision ever made. Goes perfectly in line with his bug theme, and his design was never simpler.

I'm honestly really torn! I love the sound of Dylan O'Brien as Bee, but I also really love how flexible and creative the media of radio-chatter is. Any clip anywhere could be used to convey what he's saying as well as recording those around him. Now, with the release of Beast Wars, we also know that Bee can record movies! So cool

@@TaunTaunTundra4477 I only really enjoyed the Dropkick part and yet the constant cutting away didn’t appeal to me, I loved all the cons in this movie. It’s just out of all the fights this one I outright fell in love with and actually come back to revisit.

I relate to Bumblebee so much. To avoid pain in my youth, I shut down and when I started working on healing in my 30's, come to find out that my throat and neck area...somehow it affected me in an adverse way. So, I found myself trying to communicate the deep feelings and thoughts thru music and I started hearing someone or something communicating back to me!!! I dunno. But, I think I'm in the final stages of healing that part of my body. 🙏🏻

I literally forgot of how suprisingly durable they were compare to the Bayformers. I mean like bumblebee even barely get a scratch nor damage when Blitzwing tries to throw him off the cliff and crushes him against the wall. Blitzwing also took a damage from him on his wings and he's still perfectly fine. As of the Bayformers movies, Their bodies were very fragile when it comes to battles until the age of extinction because I notice there's a few characters that had become more durable.
To be fair, that was mainly due to humans getting better at killing Cybertronians. The first movie really showed it. Transformers in the first film were tough. They could tank 20 missle rockets and still look completely fine. Back then, the only real damage was largely with the help of the Autobots' weapons. But as the film series progressed, humans got even better at killing them. Got to the point where a single missle could severely injure/fatally injure a bot
One thing I never understood, bumblebee had the other hand free, why didn't he use it?
B-127 was grabbing hold of the deception's attempt to take his voice but the scene it was zoomed in to see how blitzwing stabbed his neck.

Except few follis: Michael Bay had his fair time making transformers its over now, bumblebee here doesn't meet Sam it's woman named charlie, cybertron is different from Michael bays, optimus is wearing faceplate n talking with it un completely g1 accurate until.. rise of the beasts where they give him back the mouth n face again, Megatron is missing from the movie (this ties with transformers 2007's universe- because Megatron left cybertron go after the alspark) there's problem with this he crash landed in the ice millions of yrs ago this takes place in the 80's that's wrong for that be the case because Megatron should be in the movie this is not 2007's universe this is different transformers universe from Michael bays. There's already prequel exists to 2007's transformers universe it shows Megatron crash landing un earth, bumblebee losing his voice, Sam finding out about his great grandfathers artifacts left behind, sector 7 catching onto bumblebee changing into camaro Chevy 1970's model, there's no need make prequel tie to 2007 they already did it they forgot.
Also rise of the beasts doesn't make any sense; the maximals appeared un earth in the past from the escape confrontation the predacons when both parties crashed. The autobots n decepticons they're supposed be trapped inside the ark untouched offline in stasis mode until awakened. In this universe the ark doesn't exist, and cliffjumper dies. And blitzwing dies. I perceive optimus must have taken out almost most of the decepticons thou few may still be alive & escaped. How did prime get to earth though? If there's no ark & theres no escape pods? This story's universe doesn't make sense. It's either trying to tie Michael bays old universe or be original in its finest format. It's similar semi to G1 its not g1 though. & the maximals shouldn't be there in the next movie they're supposed be in the future fighting the predacons. Not in the past present fighting beside autobots against the supposed Terrorcons. I'm going call them unicrons. And scourge shouldn't exist he's too early since Megatron hasn't become Galvatron yet. This movie represents the real Transformers in my opinion: decepticons are violent and cruel, and the Autobots are protectors and not crazy killers.
here blitzwing, Shatter and Dropkick are much more violent against the Autobots (particularly Bee) than bayverse decepticons, as it should be.
The reason why Bee knew that was Blitzwing is because he probably detected energon readings from his jet mode.
