I'm watching all of the videos so far on the new home. Honey, I GET IT! My husband and I moved from a noisy city in CA where our background noise was loud mufflers, sirens, and random screams. Don't even get me started on the person wacked out on drugs banging on our door in the middle of the night!! We now live in KY, where we hear birds, bugs, and the occasional horses trot by from an Amish buggy going to help a neighbor build a house. We needed the peace and quiet, too. Good for you guys for doing that for your family.
Hello, I just "re-found" you. I love the new house, my dear. My husband & I sold our home and purged about 65% of our belongings to move across the states this summer. I understand the feeling of getting rid of so much while packing & preparing to move, then unpacking and feeling like so much more needs to go. You are doing great and the house is darling!!

Holy Moly Lynn!!!!! This is unbelievable! I totally loved seeing your excitement in the start of the video but did not see this incredible transformation coming...wow...super creative...aesthetically beautiful and so functional! It's clear your obsessed..but girl...I am also haha. If I weren't a dozen states away...I'd be trying to invite myself over.😁 We sold our home last month and are in a tiny rental while we look for our forever home with land to be closer to our kids and grand babies (3 of 5 along with 3 perfect grandbabies are all in same area) which is a couple hours away. I am saving this video because I know we'll need to update and/or change to fit our style and I want this! My husband laughs when he walks in my office and I'm watching you clean...he just says really? A pantry doesn’t always have to be a room or a closet designated as a pantry. What you and Chris have done is absolutely beautiful and looks to be way more functional, and to me function is key in a kitchen. Beautiful job! 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

I totally understand the peace and quiet. We live in the boonies on 1.5 acres so not huge piece of land but nicer than the 1/4 we lived on with house right on top of each other no privacy etc. although we did move to a bigger house but love living in the country, in Florida! 💜🌴💜🌴💜🌴
