  • For the last workout of the year I prepared an amazing challenge for kids: 30 consective days of this exercise to burn belly fat and get a super flat tummy!!
    These exercises target the core region, working the muscles to eliminate excess fat and strengthen them. This is a series of dynamic exercises that will certainly keep your kids healthier and stronger. The core is the region of the body responsible for our balance and stability, so kids will also be able to improve these two important skills. The workout features a combination of dynamic standing and mat routines, all guaranteed to make the little ones sweat a lot!! It'll be done in two sets.
