Its insane how the chances of a good artifact is less than 1%,and the chances of a game trolling you by giving you the exact opposite of what you want with perfect substats is at 30%
HP and Def main stats are the most common, yeah. And it gets even worse because you can't get a sub matching the main, so getting an HP or Def main already rules out some garbage subs
They need to come up with something better, it's literally become the reason I've stopped rolling for new characters. I can't rely on a half decent set showing up for months, let alone one that allows good performance in the spiral abyss
What's annoying as well is that when u get perfect substats lvl 0 artifact, it is still subject to upgrade rolling. Soooooo

Strongbox was the best update in 2.0. As a result of farming for Raiden, my Ganyu got a huge upgrade with 4pc Wanderer's.
They should lower it to 2 artifacts and a little mora cost instead of 3 artifacts imo, it wastes so much XP for the hope of rolling decent stats
@@BobbyWong1069 I prefer it be 3 artifacts because artifact exp is free. I farm overworld artifacts for 15 mins a day and get enough exp to max out a 5* artifact every 4.5 days.

@@xMomoee Draining resin on artifact domains will already provide some exp through 3* and 4* artifacts. That extra 15 mins is just to accelerate the process of leveling artifacts. It's helpful but far from mandatory.

I love using this mechanic. It's so good to farm say baals domain then throw aways all the useless artifacts and get things that would take longer to farm like glad or wanderers. Also I got some absolute god rolls from here :D

@@riceshot9981 i can’t say anything, as this is RNG. Personally, if you are not in dire need for fodder, i say go for it, because specifically farming for NO when you have chance of getting the other set is risky. So it’s much more time saving to go emblem and strongboxed ur way to NO

Guys, is it just me or do you guys also tend to get really good flowers but like everything else just sucks. I've been getting so many flowers with double crit and starting with four lines but not a single goblet that has double crit :(

It's easier to get a good flower or feather because their main stat is flat hp and flat atk, so you don't get it on the substats

Imagine getting all the best artifacts in 1 week? Then what? I don't like the low chances of getting a good artifact, but that's what makes it special to have an artifact with 35-40% CD, because there are only a handful of people that have that.
If everyone would have top tier artifacts, then nobody would have top tier artifacts, if you know what I mean. It's like having Barbara's skin, everyone has it. Not to mention we would be bored if every character would be fully built in 1 week

Imo they should add something where people would be able to give their artifacts to other players ( Not lower level players since y'know, it wouldn't be really fair ), not only it would make people interact more but also help high AR players with bad luck, could be like sending a gift to your friends ykwim? It could also have time/slot limits to provide some players from having an "easy gameplay" because... MiHoYo.
Ngl I would religiously love any trash that a whale or any other meta engaged player has to offer to me.
@@Gennosuke1983 sir, you have more than one character. 1 week for artifacts?, you're forgetting boss materials, talents, weapon, exp books and bosses, you're gonna take like 2-3 weeks for getting your character decent WITHOUT FARMING ARTIFACTS.
New artifact sets get released, you'll never stop farming perfect artifacts even if artifact domains didn't use resin.
I hope they can add sorting option by main stat (def/hp/etc) on strongbox and while choosing foods for arti upgrades.

That artifact is really good for literally the first round but the thing is he's a whale so he has better artifacts
Some of the "weird" main stat artifacts with 4 line perfect substats, I keep those just in case for later characters. Got my zhongli godroll artifacts that way. Had hp mainstat crown but the substats had att% critr critdmg and energy recharge rolled 3 into cdmg and 2 into crate. Big boonga shields while doing OONGA dmg :)

I'm confused? My weekly take home is about 50 5* artifacts, 100 4* and 200 3*... that's not even counting the abundance of 1* and 2*. How can you not get more than 300??

1:23 Honestly, I will take the gamble if you hit crit rate 1 time is better than the piece you are using just because 11% attack is far better than dead ER% and flat HP for Melt Ganyu, even if hit crit dmg or attack again can be an upgrade as well. I really feel people over look rolls into attack% on artifact and is sleeping on really good pieces because didn't roll all in crit.
Yeah, people don't like attack for some reason. It also depends on your weapon, if you're using a 674 5star, then ATK% becomes better than Crit Damage rolls in some cases.
Also some people would use an artifact that rolled 2 times into CD and 1 time into CR instead of an artifact that rolled 2 times into ATK%, 1 time CD and 1 time CR.
As long as the stat is useful, always use the artifact with more good rolls no matter what they are
It's pretty weird that I got above average artifacts on Ganyu (4pc Wanderers) and still used it until now since her banner.
You'll end up with full inventory of 5 star artifacts eventually, you have to do something. I can't even pick up artifacts anymore i wish genshin gives a filter based on stat when deleting or sacrificing artifacts.
You can't delete 5 stars anyway, trust me I tried. Farming for artifacts and trashing them is a decent source of income, you get around 20-25k Mora from a condensed resin run if you sacrifice all blues and purples

I love using this after farming shit artifacts. I got a noblesse electro goblet and it all rolled to crit dmg 😭 it has def, hp and atk but everything went to crit dmg so im really happy about that. Don't trash everything you got from this offering box. And yeah this is really addicting, Im using this to cope from rolling characters.

What else you going to use all your shitty stats 5* for? This is the best use for those artifacts, as feeding as fodder for other artifacts is a waste since 4* and under is meant for that. At least with this you save resin overall by getting more 5* artifacts back.

This is me, I reroll over 1300 5 stars artifact and only manages to complete my qingqiu nobless build. Now rocking 287 crit dmg 39 crit rate (with mitspitter) , low crit rate but hu tao passive buff it to 51% crit rate

Flat stats are much more common than percent stats that are more common than crit
Its rigged. Cr and cd are way lower. so is em. Mihoyo will never say that though they keep insisting its perfectly random.
I did some math and research and yes, CR and CD are low, but EM is even lower.
But about flat and %, they're pretty much the same. Like DEF and DEF% and ATK and ATK%.

3:40 I got a bunch of artifacts for Albedo and they all rolled a ton of DEF. 13.9%, 16.8%, 26.2%. But I'm like, joke is on you miHoYo that only makes his E skill do more dmg.😆

Just going to mention this for awareness. Atk% headpieces are actually very good. I now have 2 sets where I have gotten amazing atk% headpieces and they do more damage than swapping to my best Crit damage headpiece as long as I use them on high base attack characters. I use mine on Baal and Diluc, and I imagine Ganyu would work very well with atk% headpiece as well.
Good thing bennet exists.
The cycle is now complete. Everything is now gachafied...

It's just luck, you have exactly the same odds to get something good from the box or from the domains. Obviously the box doesn't cost resin, but it does cost you upgrade materials if you need them
same, i did'nt played for so much time but i got a wanderers flower with 4,5 er 3,1% cr 22,5% cd and 63 elemental mastery. i'm pulling for ganyu so it's going to be perfect

After three consecutive days of getting cryo goblets I wonder if the game is trolling me. Like damn I have three godly flowers and had about four very good feathers from this but no timepiece with decent stats which is all I need for a complete set.

Got 2 flowers
1st started at 3 stats both crits, ended up with 4 rolls in crit
2nd started at 4 stats with both crits, ended up with 3 rolls in crit
I am very happy with my experience

Mihoyo just invented one of the worst system ever. Randoms on top of randoms on top of randoms.
Artifact farming random main stat + random sub stat, artifact leveling random sub stat upgrade and a chance of starting with 3 or 4 sub stat from the first time getting the artifact.
this mechanic would have been better, if they at least made is so all artifact from them have 4 sub stats all the time I mean we get 4 sub stats from domain and even then the amount we can't use is still a lot.

Tbh thanks to this system ive been getting really good pieces, is not like i will get any value from a def goblet with flat hp and atk subsats, is another way to farm glads or wanderers without doing bosses on 50% chance getting the set y actually want
the strongholds are less likely to give me something good than when im on 50/50 and yet i enjoy using the strongholds more than i enjoy rolling for a chara

system is only useful if you dont need artifact exp which is very unlikely. at least they introduced exp bottles now which is huge
Artifact XP is only valuable if you have an artifact worth upgrading. If you have an inventory full of trash and nothing worth upgrading, this is your only option. Either that or mora scraping but you're just as likely to need mora than artifact xp... you pretty much need neither or both.

All I do is I never waste artifacts with crit dmg or rate
