अजवाइन - Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp
तेल - oil - 1/4 Cup
मूंग दाल - Moong Dal - 1/2 Cup
तेल - Oil - 3 tbsp
जीरा साबुत - Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
सोंफ - Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp,
धनिये के बीज - Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
हींग - Asafoetida - 1 pinch
हल्दी पाउडर - Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
बेसन - Gram Flour - 1/4 Cup
लाल मिर्च - Red Chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp
चाट मसाला - chat masala - 1/2 tsp
गरम मसाला - Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
बेकिंग सोडा - Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp
