I appreciate that you didn't feel the need to unfold, measure, and refold every fabric on camera as I've seen done with the other MSQC boxes! Thanks, for a succinct, honest review! I just clicked on another one that was, literally, three times longer than yours! Nope, life is too short.
I think you should start with a Cat quilt for your grandson! Several of those fabrics, even those that don't strike your fancy, will work well with it to make something like an Irish Chain, or a Trip Around the World/Irish Chain!
Wow - that was a really great deal! What a great stash-builder. Of course, my all-time favorite quilts to make are scrap quilts, and a big variety of fabrics makes for lots of surprises, which is part of what makes scrap quilts so much fun. Thanks for sharing your haul with us 😊
@@guyscrafttoo totally agree!! And if there's a print you don't really care for, you can always practice the half square triangles and new blocks out with those before cutting into your favorites!
Donnell I am so proud of you. I need to spend more time sewing adn working on the stash and not buying. But alas, I have it in a reverse order at the moment.
I got some really neat fabrics when I received their mystery box as well. Some I can use for charity quilts that the InQuiltfect Renegades are making for RMH.
I made a quilt the size for a queen bed! I opened and ironed and then sewed each piece of fabric together to make one very large quilt! Going to be warm for this winter!
I was bummed I didn't get to buy one of those boxes, but like you, I certainly don't need it! lol I was telling my cousin that I had cut back on buying fabric because I felt bad for my postal lady but then realized I was also waiting on two fabric purchases. hahahaha
Hi John! "Not tell Curtis" LOLOLOL!!! The giraffe/elephant is adorable!!! You got some great fabrics! My weakness is Sew Yeah Quilting in Las Vegas...I live alone, so don't answer to anyone, and my guy has his own hobbies, so he gets it!
Hi John, Looks like you goy quite a nice haul from MSQC. They have some beautiful fabrics. I got hooked on pre-cuts from them. That's why I can't open their emails any more. It seems I want so many of the things that I see. Enjoy! 🙂🙃🙂
Um... I think we got each other's boxes. I didn't get any floral. All bright colors. All kidding asidr, loved your box and yes, amazing deal! And thanks for sharing 😊
See some people don't realize that. Worse for me, is when I'm at the quilt shop, fabric jumps off the shelf into my arms. I swear I can just walk by it and it jumps.
Hi! Just stopped in to watch. I'm afraid to say it but I saw a couple of other of these boxes on here and alot of the fabric is the same as what you got 🤔 Now I doubt MSQC had hundreds of the exact same bolt ends ready to put in boxes. My reality is they take cheap inexpensive fabric and chop it up to sell this way. I noticed few of those are actually designer or high end fabrics. Beware of these large fabric companies and their impulse buy deals. Check for manufacturer and designer before paying high prices for cheap products. If you shop around you can find great deals on beautiful fabric. Just FYI👍
Pattie, thanks for the heads up. I only purchased it as I'm still building like a scrap pile or small yardage so thought this would help. But I would agree, didn't seem as random as I thought.
M* are an enabling bunch! You have to stay strong! Learn how to say this easy, 2 letter word... NO! lol. I'm one to talk. Only fabrics I've bought were necessary for project completion.

Thanks for the feedback Noreen. I felt I might have been a little lazy but your feedback helps me moving forward.

Thanks for the tips! I will definitely take a look.
Great buy !😊
I think so too! Thanks for watching!
I fell for the same ad also. And I ~~ LOVE ~~ my Missouri Star Company End of Bolt Mystery Box!!!! NONE of the fabrics were ugly. I AM amazed!
Always makes me worry what I will get. But Jenny and her team always seem to know what we need.

I have yet to do a scrappy quilt. But I'm looking forward to learning some techniques.
The large florals with the butterflies are really pretty!
I thought so too. Its fun because you get things you may not have bought on your own.

Oooo I love the end of bolt boxes from MSQC. Haven't ordered from them in forever though. Been working on my stash

@@guyscrafttoo well you just enjoy and do what makes you happy
John, what a excellent fabric haul! You certainly have a wonderful variety of fabric.
Thank you so much! I love having the variety now just to find the patterns to use all this.

Thanks Michelle still so much to learn. But I do love mystery boxes.

That is awesome. Nothing like getting to the finished project, so satisfying.

Oh no! It happens so quickly too. I have received a few more this week that I need to get recorded. I"m like stop, they are coming in too fast.
@@guyscrafttoo lol! This made me laugh. I so get it!!!

Hey Sally! I will have to check them out, not that I need anymore. I do watch their channel and the guys are great!
I feel your pain/pleasure! EQuilter keeps sending me emails too and I’m powerless to resist. :)
Same here! It’s like they know exactly how to put those ads together.

Right, they do know how to hook us in.

Oh thank you! It is funny how different the boxes are but what a great idea for stash building.
Awesome assortment of fabrics. will have to check this box out.
You should!
I’m new here; I’m a viewer from the UK. Always happy to watch an unboxing! 😉
Oh thank you so much and WELCOME! Love new subscribers. We are very new to this and you just never know whats next. Thanks for sharing.
You have grandchildren, lots of those can be in an "I Spy" quilt!❤
What a cute idea. I’ve not done one of those yet. I need to look.
You can always pass it on! Hint hint hint!
We are looking at how to do some drawings and such. Look for that late summer, early fall. :)
I can relate. It is an obsession. Fabric just calls to me. I still have to work to pay for my fabric habit.
See some people don't realize that. Worse for me, is when I'm at the quilt shop, fabric jumps off the shelf into my arms. I swear I can just walk by it and it jumps.
Lots of awesome fabric at a great price
It really is!
You got some nice pieces.
Thank you, Vera. Not that we "needed" more LOL

I try to ignore there emails but every now and then one slips through.
Some of it looks like tribal tattoos.
Hey Robin, funny you say that. I thought that too as I was trying to figure out where to put them.
Borderline shopping syndrome.
Right, I try to scale back but then I'm like, you work hard go ahead LOL
