Literally why I am taking it one episode at a time since reaching wano 😭 (at least it's motivating me to get out of a reading slump, which one piece heavily contributed to 👀)
Heyyyy! I finished the tenant of wildfell hall yesterday! Listen it looks intimidating but it's a romance, it took me a couple of chapters to get into it but once i did i discarded my plans of reading 3 chapters a day and i finished it in two sittings 😅 honestly it's not as long as it looks and the writing style is quite simple imo
WE LOVE ENDING BOOK BUYING BANS 🥳🎉 i know funny story is coming out later this month 👀 im very 50/50 with emily henry so im curious to see where this one lands!
You getting cough up with OP is the happiest and also saddest thing ever. Don't know which feeling is stronger ahahah how does it feel having to wait? 😂
I just read the tenant of wildfell hall and it’s sooo good! There’s so much suffering and tension between all the characters! I highly recommend the audiable audiobook as well to read alongside because it was chefs kiss ❤
One thing I do for my TBR for a month is setting it up so it caters to whatever mood I’m in, say for instance right now I’m in a cozy fantasy/fluff and some classics on the side for my mood. So I can just pick out whatever story I have on the list that falls under that, definitely helps with how I’m a mood reader😂
I thought I was the only one thinking this! I mean not their /kid/ per say. But like Rachel? As in the girl who goes missing? And Price - Chole's last name? And the VIBES? Like the coincidences were so high on that one.
I'm in the middle of three mysteries and am enjoying all of them so far: 1. The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman, which is about four retired people who try to solve cold cases but are launched into a fresh murder scene. I am completely in love with the characters and it feels like a classic mystery where you're tyring to solve it alongside the characters. 2. A Curious Beginning by Deanna Raybourn, this is the first book in a series (currently at 9 books I think?) that is set in Victorian times and is a mystery, romance, and fantasy. The main character is a spunky female scientist who doesn't take shit from anyone. 3. City of Masks by Daniel Hecht, where the main character is an empath and can talk with spirits. She has her own agency and uses her gifts to solve mysteries. It reminds me of The Ghost Whisperer show with Jennifer Love Hewitt.
is funny because I am latina too, so everytime we put a movie in our server, the movie is usually in english and because my sister does not understand english, I change it to spanish but I feel like "wait a minute" "But I do understand tho!!" like it feel so unnecessary on my head lol so I understand why you want to read the book in english instead of buying a new one.
I love the variety in the books you read!! I always try to not stick to only one genre (not that there’s anything wrong with only reading one genre!! It’s just my personal challenge😊)
So proud of you for your mindset on tbrs and book buying ban because my physical (not counting ebook) tbr is around 200 books which is crazy bad. The aspiring bookseller in me is just too interested in stories and books as objects but i am a slow reader and lacking room 😅😭

Your tbr is looking so good for this month!! I can’t wait to hear your final thoughts on East of Eden and if you enjoy Happy Place more this time around. Hi Bella, I love your videos 😊 An idea with your buy ban could be to use the library. I've been doing that this year and have worked perfect for me. I just borrow from the library the book that I want to read and I don't have at the moment and I read my physical TBR alongside, I hope it helps.
