She's in a weird spot. With her 11k atk stat they decided to turn her into a bleeder with oppresive SA and kept her airborne activation. I don't really like bleeders as they easily get screwed over by nodes or resists but I guess she offers a unique play style to cerebella.
Now that they reworked Big Band I really hope they do the same with Cerebella because there are only like, what, 3 good and useful variants of her, none of them being a Diamond one
@Deny17S I see some Armed Forces in Diamond league around the 15mill mark. Thought I know that ain't shit to the HIGH ranked players but still usable I guess
@@Deny17S hmmm, sad Well, they reworked robocopy again, so it's possible they may change star spangled again. I don't find her to be awful because of her hp, she's kinda safe and i like how she's played. She looks fun
i mean she's useful what she lacks is damage like she had 4 stacks of enrage and still doing a feathers damage but i think her abilitys are cool enough
It took years but star spangled is now good
she's still pretty mid tbh, there's no real reason to invest in her

Just harle, the other 2 aren't being used. Gray matter has her place but it's only at a higher levels in rifts (and you don't get to use her often)

She's not fully leveled yet. No diamond fighter (specially Cerebella) would have a fighter score of only 16.3K
