The home current home prices of a two bedroom apartment in East District is like $15000 per square meter. Factor in other cost of owning a home, you probably need to rent out the apartment for 100 years to get your money back, and the home ownership is only 70 years even if you can live through 200 years old. Do your math, don't be an idiot. Even if you're retiring and planning to die in that apartment, you still want whoever inherit your property to get some money right?
