@@DeadSkullzJr This was a quick and dirty 'proof of concept' and we still had a good number if technical/gameplay issues to resolve, but if we had been given a proper team and time, it would have been a great game!
@@gospyro well there is one solution, it could be clean room reverse engineered, and the SEGA community could maybe work up a game with what's there. Of course that's if nobody on the team minds.
@@DeadSkullzJr I'd love to see it get some more finishing touches. If someone does do that, my only hope is that they keep me in the loop. I'm not in the position to 'lead' anything, but at the same time I'd hate to have someone take this off in some strange direction.
This is actually pretty interesting, loading other Genesis ROMS into the emulator that Sonic Classic Collection uses, I wonder how this would fare with other sonic prototypes.
I feel bad about the the corriidor of death at the very bottom, with the low roof and fall to death pits. You learn as much from your mistakes as you do from your successes!
