You can just tell how much love and emotion they poured into this album. If you're in a band, and your bandmate dies suddenly and sorrowfully, and somehow your band DOESN'T split up in wake of it's suddenness and horror, you make the best-fucking-album you can make, with every riff being as purposeful, talented, and creative as possible because you aren't just writing this to 'make Justin proud', you're doing it because you hope to god that somehow Justin can feel this music again, and be so fucking impressed with his bandmates that he is filled with love. Fuck
+Nick Johnson The entire thing was finished 6 months before he died. According to Justin Lowe at a merch booth it was finished and waiting for production when I talked to them in March.
+Nick Johnson Well said man. I have the same impression of this album. It makes it that much more powerful and emotional. I can't wait to feel the raw energy of it live!
This album is legit the definition of all killer and no filler. Idk how many times i've listened to each song at this point, but holy shit is this album incredible. Haven't felt this way about a full album in a while
wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh those pinch harmonics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't know I needed this album in my life right now. It's amazing. Wow. It feels like I've waited a while for this album and now it's a spectacular payoff.
I’m happy because I feel like bands like this are gonna be on the radio soon and we are actually gonna get some new heavy music on the radio again. I could be wrong but that would be awesome if the radio would start playing these new djent bands cuz a lot of them have radio-friendly music and it would be awesome to have them played!
+Tim Conway Yeah Protest the hero are talented. You should check out a band called becoming the archetype. They are Christian but so good. If they weren't religious they would be right up there with these guys born of Osiris & BTBAM. They broke up but you can find them on here.
That 1:05 riff is so good. Like to me this artificial harmonic pinch is unique as fuck and nobody else other than lets say Dimebag could do it so well.
Listened to this song during the D4 beta. Fit perfectly while me and the homie played our hardcore characters. Pushing our clearing speed to the max. We lost those toons to the Catacombs dungeon boss. And now we will never forget this song.
I love that it's their newer sound moving forward as a band but the song still has hints of old stuff like I noticed a part that sounded like To Carry You Away
just got turned on to these guys a week ago from my tattoo artist. ...and all I can say is wow. it's the only thing my car...truck...or you tube has been playing for the last 7 days.
This album really did have so much emotion after Justin passed. He wrote laurentian ghosts. This so gives me goosebumps though every time I hear it. It’s simple but very intense. Love after the burial.
FrostedFlamesx the whole album is the best song on the album. Actually had a bud send me the Lost in the Static video and been replaying the album over and over since.

This album was written and recorded before Justin's passing
From my understanding the minority of it was helped or written by him. Is this incorrect?
+Nick Johnson The entire thing was finished 6 months before he died. According to Justin Lowe at a merch booth it was finished and waiting for production when I talked to them in March.

+KingChevy7 no shit man?! Well, I stand by my words still, but for when they play this album live!
THOSE CYMBALS THOUGH - No Clipping and CLEAR as day
JESUS THE PRODUCTION ON THIS ALBUM IS GOD TIER
All Will Putney's magic going on here!

This album is legit the definition of all killer and no filler. Idk how many times i've listened to each song at this point, but holy shit is this album incredible. Haven't felt this way about a full album in a while
There is so much emotion in this album it is unreal. It's like a painting in aural form.
I feel the same. This album is strong but deep down it's an ocean of emotions. Unbelievable album.
I love paintings in Oral form
3:06 Favorite riff of all time!
5y later still true as fuck
I was kinda moving away from metal to new genres recently... this brought me right back

I didn't know I needed this album in my life right now. It's amazing. Wow. It feels like I've waited a while for this album and now it's a spectacular payoff.
+Anthony Morado
I know, right? This album is practically curing my chronic headache
+Antidote.exe no cure for anything chronic, by definition
True. It must be a lot of unprocessed anger or something, because it seems to happen whenever I'm dissatisfied with something
+Anthony Morado Agreed Brotha !!! Ty ATB =)

This is gonna be the first one off of Dig Deep I learn on guitar for sure
+Damian Walcott SAME
+Damian Walcott Yea dude the riff at 3:07 sounds so damn fun to play
+Tucker Ellis Sounds very... Protest The Hero-y which is good, both bands I enjoy.
+Tim Conway Yeah Protest the hero are talented. You should check out a band called becoming the archetype. They are Christian but so good. If they weren't religious they would be right up there with these guys born of Osiris & BTBAM. They broke up but you can find them on here.
I have listened to them before.

This record needs 3,285 more songs as good as these... But I'm cool with just playing this whole album on repeat for the next 365 days.
As an awful drummer, I love the guitars on this song. So so good!
My face is currently in a puddle under my computer desk. Thank you ATB.

Saw these guys with BOO and Veil of Maya and killed it. Easily the best show I've ever seen in my life. I just wish ATB played more than 6 songs :(

This is Cymbal porn.
my life is now meaningful
Only 6 years late to this but you know what they say… better late than never!!
I was watching catacomb videos and accidentally stumbled upon this gem! Fuck yeah! Great way to start off a Friday morning! \m/
I like the way he says "wandering in opaque"
Jesse Bowles my favorite part is when he sings the song
I can't believe I discovered this band only recently. I haven't heard a bad song yet.

This is the most fire I've heard in a song since August Burns Red's "Paramount"!
