The new Michael looks like he could be Jason's son. I think it's the hair.

I think Michael will be able to pull his own weight in this role. Especially, after the crying bit. He's got talent.

    Spoiler Alert!!!
    Fellow GH Fans:
We understand the entire discussion and arguments. However, what is really fascinating and yet bothersome to us was the fact that when in 2012, Sam asked Jason to be patient because of his health condition and to understand the decisions she had to make he wasn't. At that time, she needed to be supported and understood. To our surprise, Jason didn't show her the kind of understanding he always has for Michael whether similar circumstances are in play or not. It's just ridiculous because in this episode we have Jason being so rational, cool, calm, collected, patient and understanding with Michael but when Sam needed him in 2012 during his, yet another medical crisis, to do as his was telling Michael here, Jason chose not to. Nevermind, the fact that Sam was dealing with the aftermath of her rape and that she was pregnant. While at the same time, she was dealing with the fact that Jason was sick, yet again. But hey, for Jason it seemed more important to be mad at her because she hid certain information from him because Sam was thinking about his well being. Oh! Dear God, what a horrible thing to do (Emphasis on our sarcastic tone). Really, but isn't that the same thing Jason asked Sonny to do when Michael woke up after a year of being in a coma, to please hold on before telling Michael the truth of what had happened, to wait until Michael got better. So, it is amazing how much of a hypocrite Jason's character can be when it suits him and it's convenient for him. It's like reliving the whole 2007 break up mess again.
Let's think about this for a minute. It is a fact that time and time again Jason had always demonstrated how understanding and amazing he is when it comes to everyones else's needs and circumstances. However, when it comes to Sam and she is faced with similar choices as Carly, Sonny or Michael or whoever maybe the case or she is put in similar circumstances as them, Jason forgets to have the same understanding, compassion or even to put himself in Sam's position. It's almost like he looses all logical thinking or all reasoning where Sam is concerned. Why he follows such pattern? We don't know. We truly don't get it and truth be told we don't care for it.
Why we don't care. It's is simple, because we believe as what some people say: "what is good for the goose is good for the gander." In other words, we don't see any justification for the writers to make Jason's character act in such inconsistent and caveman behavior over and over again. It is simply unacceptable. We understand that some may think that it still a men's world but hey it's NOT. It's a NEW ERA, in which women have the same right to be heard as men do. More to our point, when similarly situated, the writers should take every opportunity to make sure that they treat the female characters with the respect they deserve and that they don't diminish them in any way, shape or form. For, we sustained that if Jason's character consistently showed understanding, caring, support and is a great listener to everyone else, it's just plain ridiculous for him not to be able to do the same for his wife. Especially, after everything they had to overcome. It made his character looked weak, insensitive and indecisive. Besides, by making Jason's character act in such a way, the writers forced Sam's character into a position of weaknesses and submission that it is not deserving nor acceptable for her nor for any woman in the 21st Century.
We say enough is enough with this type of writing where the men seem to have the last word and the women just have to take it. We don't think so. Instead, the writers should have been more aware and more sensitive to the type of message they were sending because it could have been misconstrued as an endorsement to passive/aggressive behavior in relationships that in some cases may lead to domestic violence or abuse. We just believe the writing needed to be more consistent and more aware of the female perspective given the particular storyline in 2012 in which Sam was a rape victim and pregnant at the time she was dealing with Jason being in the hospital and seeking treatment for a fatal condition.
Our hope is that today's writers take notice of our comments and avoid the aforementioned mistakes. Both Jason and Sam are beloved characters that deserved a better written storyline than the one they got in 2012. We truly hope the writers do better by them and by us, the Fans.
    Blessed be!

I just don't like his attacking Robin and being rude to Carly. Yes Claudia is making the situation worse.
