Most likely. Especially taking their past in account, it makes maybe more sense for Dust to hate Killer. And I doubt Killer would just be a punching ball (though, he maybe is never the first to start the fight, since he is most likely Nightmare's right hand and so, have better thing to do than pestering Dust)

Accurate to canon killer and dust.
*Murder vs Killer*
It is actually a fairly even match.
*Power*
Murder has more magic and stamina. Wins in raw power. Out weapons Killer with blasters and bones.
Killer has better combat experience and determination. That determination can make up for a lot of what he may lack.
*Technique*
Killer is more versatile with long and short range and I feel would have a better reaction time/reflexes. He seems like he'd be faster on foot than Murder as well. He also would probably have better aim and precision with his weapons. Skills wise I think he beats Murder.
Murder can better overwhelm his opponent and I think would be better at teleporting. Overall though, he isn't nearly as versatile and relies heavily on his ability to blow an opponent away.
*Mentality*
Both are unpredictable mentally and there is no telling how long they'd keep their cool, but Murder does have just a bit more stability while Killer is at the mercy of his soul's mode. Murder also seems more patient while Killer is more likely to make mistakes.
*Durability*
Killer seems by far more durable than Murder to me and looks like he can actually take a beating while still laughing it off.
Murder can avoid being hit better, but probably can't take too many hits without it messing with him not just physically, but mentally.
*Intelligence*
Murder seems smarter than Killer, but is likely to overthink things. If he keeps his cool, I don't think Killer can get the drop on him to often.
Killer is more rash and unpredictable, which can either be good or bad for him. I can actually see him manipulating Murder out of his cool by bringing up his guilt though.
*Overall*
I'd give it to Murder if he can tire Killer out and keep his sanity, but Killer can win if he can trick his way into Murder's personal space or stall without wasting too much of his own stamina.
