Man he had the best kick at the end of races, no one was better. He could smell blood from 20 yards behind and pass anyone with complete ease. Legend.

Coglan is the greatest runner to never win an Olympic medal. He did win the world title in the 5,000 at the inaugural world championships in 1983. Unfortunately, he was injured in 1984 and couldn't compete in Los Angeles.
