Oh my gosh. I'm so happy right now. Recently I had a very bad breakout. I've always had clear skin so it stressed me out BAD. I was so desperate trying all these home remedies and stressing and feeling bad about myself, but then I found this video. I told my grandma about this and she went and bought me the diaper rash cream. I put it on last night and woke up today, and my breakout out is GONE. You saved me big time thank you so much!!!!

I try this too.. none of that other junk works, retina a, antibiotics, aczone, benzaclin etc.. zinc oxide slows the big pimples down. definitely reduces inflammation by the next day. it's not a cure but it helps.
by the way don't rub it all over your face.. just use a small amount on the areas you break out the most. if you get a cyst then dab it and put a bandaid so it doesn't rub off at night. take a quick rinse in the morning to clean your face and repeat.

After I wash, cleanse, tone, moisturize.... I spot treat with the Desitin. It does leave a white film, but I just sleep with it on and viola! Or I put it under my makeup to calm the acne during the day in case of a sudden hormonal break out. It's ALWAYS worked for me :D

You probably already found out but in case you didn't, your acne is most likely caused by the same thing this remedy fixes in babies: yeast overgrowth! It's so common - your acne is most likely caused by dermatitis - you may also get breakouts on the scalp! Are you allergic to any antibiotics?
Lisa Says Not all diaper rash is caused by yeast, and when it is pediatricians recommend you use an antifungal cream like those used for athletes foot, not zinc based creams. I’m not a doctor, but a mother of two with plenty of diaper rash experience. 😉
In 70's lady in health shop gave me creme with Zinc in it and it worked. I gave my grandaughter SudoCreme with Zinc healed her's. Zinc Mineral is also in foods like Brazil nuts, peas etc.

hi! i am doing your routine now. bought sunflower oil, new set of towels, i use physiogel as my cleanser, bought 3 boxes of desitin(imagine how many hormonal acne i have) and calamine lotion. i didnt use moisturizer after the oil cleanse cause i feel if i put moisturizer even after cleaning my face with the apple cider vinegar it is still moisturized... i love the calamine lotion in the morning cause it is really mattefying my makeup and i feel like it is taming the redness and throbbing of my acne... i really hope it will work for me! will do this in one week and update you. thank you for being realistic and jolly in this video. 😆

Sure! After your skin cleansing routine (so your face is nice and clean), spot treat! Just a tiny dab here and there, the gently rub it in so that it covers the problem areas, and it's less white. I put it on before bed or under my makeup :D. Because giant globs are messy..
Watched the whole thing. Went out and bought all the stuff you recommended except for the Argan oil lotion. Couldn't find anywhere. I have an aversion to coconut too. All I was using it for was for oil-pulling (a 20 minute session of swishing the oil in your mouth once a day) out of nowhere I started getting major painful cysts all over my neck and chin and scalp. I quit doing it and it got better but It never completely healed. I still have major acne on my jawline. So maybe this stuff will help.
EmoPotato hi! My skin is better now but because I've been on an antibiotic for over a year now. amoxicillin 500mg twice a day. My problem ended up being a chronic inflammation cause by high insulin levels in my body. After numerous blood tests they have found out that I have a tumor on my pancreas that is producing insane amounts of insulin. But it's a super small tumor so even though the blood tests confirm it, its kinda hard to locate. (Which is normal for insulinomas) once they find the tumor, they will surgical remove it and my skin with stay clear without the need for antibiotics. I gained like 45 lbs in the past year and half because of this tumor. That's with tons of exercise and a ketogenic diet that was on point and even thru Bootcamp. I used to be 105lbs. Now I'm 180. So it's been crazy.

Snowie Moses hello! You can experiment with different types of diaper rash cream to find out which one works best for you. For me, the maximum strength (the purple one) made me break out even with 40% zinc oxide because I think it had other ingredients that messed with my sensitive skin (like lanolin and mineral oil). The blue one worked best. I use it to this day, works like a charm during hormonal break outs

My face was much less red and pimples were less inflamed after just one night's application! By the end of the following day, without even having applied the cream during the daytime, my pimples were already peeling off a bit. :)
I leave it on over night. It's not supposed to be gloppy or a huge amount to where you can't blend it in. Don't rub it either, just blend :). It'll look like white streaks but it should absorb in your skin over night. That's why it's better to apply it at night rather than during the day.

Samar Ahmad I have an update. I gave birth to my second baby this June and the hormone drop has given me breakouts near my mouth and chin. The apple cider vinegar still works for me, especially for the white heads, and when the pimple is popped (GROSS!) I spot treat it with the desitin. It heals over night and doesn't come back. I recently tried hydrocortisone but it didn't do anything. The desitin still worked for me.

Esther Keen With the oil cleansing method, I didn't need a moisturizer because I felt like I had to balance my skin out first. Now I use the "Say yes to" products, mostly the "Say yes to tomatoes" and the "grapefruit" one because it has zinc oxide in it, and it gentle enough that it doesn't break me out. :) The biggest problem about them is that they come in a very small bottle, and they're expensive (about $15 each). You can find them at target and drug stores. Remember it's all about what works for you and your skin :)

Mineral oil shouldn't clog but it's occlusive. Aquafor diaper cream and rugby zinc oxide ointment just have that and vasalene

Esther Keen With the oil cleansing method, I didn't need a moisturizer because I felt like I had to balance my skin out first. Now I use the "Say yes to" products, mostly the "Say yes to tomatoes" and the "grapefruit" one because it has zinc oxide in it, and it gentle enough that it doesn't break me out. :) The biggest problem about them is that they come in a very small bottle, and they're expensive (about $15 each). You can find them at target and drug stores. Remember it's all about what works for you and your skin :)
How do you apply it exactly?
After your skin care routine (when your face is nice and clean), spot treat :). You don't have to put big globs on, just a tiny dab here and there, then gently rub it in so that it's not so white. It's a thick cream. I put it on before bed or under makeup :D

Hi! It's been so long since I posted this, and I have yet to post an update. I will tell you one thing, my acne is completely gone :). I haven't really had the time to post another video since it took me almost a whole day to figure out how to do this one on my Mac lol. I'm a beginner
You very likely have a zinc deficiency! Try zinc picolinate! Your hormones need zinc as a cofactor.

I've got this stuff on my face right now, praying this stuff with work for me... Because I kid you not, nothing ever really works on me... And I went to a dermatologist in high school and tried everything but accutane... Nothing worked. Lol
