That turned out really gorgeous ❤!! I've been wanting that mold but have been scared of the lid not fitting, your tip definitely sounds super helpful, and made me order that mold to play with 😂. You can get a pretty nice wave effect going with a drop of silicone oil in the white resin. And winging it is usually how amazing results like these come to life 😂
A lovely design, good ideas 💡 a little too white for me I think that the bubbles would be nice in between the white lines, see the fish etc; clearer love Anne UK xxx🎉🎉🎉🎉😢
Thank you! I really like this piece, but there are things I'd have done differently. Hopefully this video will help creators decide how to go about creating their own piece. Have a blessed day!🌸💐
This was really nice! I vote for making a video for a shaker lol Also for how to make the mold fit would u suggest to tape it if the jar is round and to do it right after de molding?
Thank you! I like making those shakers, it's a good thing my granddaughters like them! As far as using tape, I know some resin artists use tape to manipulate their resin. To use tape in this situation could work. Once you heat up the wonky piece, fit the other piece on it, remove it from the water, dry it and tape it so it holds its shape as it cools down. Just remember to remove the tape once the piece cools down, most resins takes several days or even weeks to fully cure. You can do the hot water trick as many times as you need to get it right.
That turned out amazing! I really like the way you did the waves.
Thank you! I did learn a lot about that technique. Have a blessed day! ❤️🌸

That sea scene looks amazing. Great tip regarding making lids fit. I have thrown many pieces because the lids weren’t fitting 🤦♀️. Thank you
Thank you! I had tossed many pieces because the lid didn't fit or a piece cured wonky.
