It's funny how simple chronic joint and muscle pain can be to relieve...and how difficult it is to find help when most doctors are incentivized to sell pills rather than address the cause.
The thing is, there are so many different causes for pain and pain really doesn't tell you what exactly is hurting and why (except for maybe burning and radiating pain that are clear indicators for nerve pain). Thinking of what it could be and trying out all the different assessments and functional tests to eventually find that it's most likely pelvic ring instability isn't on a lot of doctors and PTs minds. Especially uncommon injuries/problems are often overlooked and not brought into consideration.
This is so funny, because I was just going through all your “low back problems” shorts a short while ago. I was trying to figure out what your advice would be for someone who has pain with those EXACT exercises that she has issues with! I came to the conclusion that you did in this video and so I have already been doing those stabilizing movements for a couple of days now. My pain has improved tremendously!
The fix for 90% of stuff, apparently: sideways planks. Because our core muscle suck, usually. I love how this channel drills down into the details, and how often it turns out to be a common thing causing all sorts of weird symptoms.
I was having back pain with ohp, I started doing palof press/pull, got my core better and boom back pain gone. There's a reason the core muscles are called "core" y'know
I use this exact protocol before any lifting and it's keeping my chronic SI pain and instability to manageable levels. I can't seem to get it to resolve completely, but I'm also pushing 40 so that may be it.
I think I had a similar issues for years. Hip thrusts helped and also, high step-ups helped as well. I think one side of my glutes were not activating as much as they should have been
I found that it helps as well. Connor harris kinda specializes in it.... omg. With that old the butt pull back I just saw in another video I get alot more mobility. Thanks you guys❤ Also not engaging obliques on left side... I have felt like half a suspension bridge for awhile and couldn't remember anything other than one day I could fire them in middle school 😂
What i have found out myself was hold firmly where it hurts/ painful and do that workout carefully and slowly fixes it. I have done it and anyone wants to, try it, it works just like in her lower back pain releaved in this video👍
Wow. I recently have been having some back weakness. I figured it was because I've been out of the gym due to work. (Been real busy) My back has been feeling weak and hurts with certain movements. I squeezed my hips and bent over and it actually helped. Crazy. Definitely going to try these workouts to help strengthen my back.
Great info. I'd be interested to see what you do to strengthen adductors? I have pelvic ring instability and adduction is painful in the pubic symphysis
Wish you would give a time frame from patient to patient for their recovery so we could have a realistic expectation or strategy in place for our recovery...
🤯 I wish I knew this before having six probes stuck into my SI joint, without numbing, as they had to ensure they had the nerves to be severed 😪 and of course, so much medication.
Most trainers will not have a clue as to what is really needed. Look into the McGill protocol, then find chiropractor, PT or well trained trainer who follow McGill protocol. MD push pills, others want to do the exercises they learned at last seminar. Dr. Bailey DC retired good luck your comment touched me, good luck.
I chronic pain as a 32 yo male is on the outside of my right hip. Especially when I walk. I find relief after doing some of the things I have seen on here but I don't think I jave figured out what's going on.
I have severe debilitating back pain. My whole back. My neck , arms and legs too but back is the worst. It's excruciating bro. I can't take it anymore. It's going to kill me if I can't get out of it. Do you think you can help me or do you know anyone near Nashville Tennessee that could help?
I have been doing McGill Big 3 for a year now and I still have SI joint pain. Ended up getting a steroid injection but it still hurts. I guess I'm just fucked. 😢
Imagine if every doctor just learned about knee over toe an exercise surgeries would Absolutely plummet and the amount of old people in sports would sky rocket and obesity would be saved but nah they wanna keep racking up the bill

It’s funny how Aaron uses the same simple exercises for every problem and “cures it”

Yes male with right lateral SI joint pain. Former sprinter. Please help!

I’m also kinda upset that the doctors didn’t suspect pelvic ring instability after my first child birth, a 10 pound baby.
@@fourmacs8167sounds like you've endured a lot. And 10 lbs, I can't even imagine what that must have been like 🫡
🙏 blessings for your healing journey
Got to try this and get me a personal trainer . This looks great

I used to have this but biking and taking a break from lifting helped me
I have that pain when I lay down n get relaxed.
Why is that? I will try these movements to see if that help.
Is there any way for us to test this without having someone else squeeze our pelvis together?
Thanks for the video

Where are you located? I have had back and hip pain for about 7 years as well. I can't stand it anymore and no professionals I have seen have helped.

Does this work if you have SI arthritis?
McGill big 3 doesn’t help with my si/low back pain
Correct the sacral torsion, whether it be forward, or backwards?reverse torsion. If you're a therapist that understands this?
nobody understands what you mean
A therapist would!!! Its up to the therapist to show up and correct the aberration within the S.I joint?
The sacrum is tilted and off alignment to function properly and bear load adequately!
When it comes to correcting the S.I joint, one really can't pull a D.I .Y with this one? Assessment is critical, and correction is technical!!
I have this and disc bulge 🤧
Its been couple of months
Basically, McGill big 3 for every issue.
Do you have any branch in India?
