Wow, this video reminded me of the movie Stealth Invisible Threat where there is the Edi Uav drone flying near the cramps, very cool and typical of a drone😁
@@cpt.whiteknight Thank you for replying to my question. I personally believe that missile technology has developed to where they can intercept a hypersonic Mach 6+ aircraft flying 100,000 feet or higher altitude. Your video shows a more realistic scenario with a probably unmanned /drone plane carrying out strike missions hugging the terrain at around Mach 2 to Mach 2.5
Bleeding edge high speed planes typically are NOT very maneuverable- the SR-71 would have to drop from 85,000 ft to 75,000 feet, and lose a few hundred MPH before initiating a turn... I have read this from the. flight manual...
But also, the SR-71 didn't have a fly-by-wire control system which the darkstar definitly has, so therefore, it shouldn't lose altitude in turns and should be more responsive at high speeds. Most of the turns being made here are about 3-4 g which can be a realistic g load for an aircraft of this type.

Haha, the scene that EDI disobeyed order and took out the nuke? It was pretty bad ass the way EDI took it out, no doubt.
IMPRESSIVE! Love the video... looks great... I wish they had a low flying challenge built in...
Amazing!!
I can’t believe that I had landed successfully on that mystery airplane. 🤙😂
lol it really is pain in the rear to land this plane.
Do it all the time here at Skunk Works! Building a better way to see the USA! Thanks, Enjoy the 4th.😎
@@cpt.whiteknight ones we have here all you got to do is think about it and it'll land itself Captain; but I ain't supposed to tell you that!😎
@@lloydlindamood2768 Wait, you mean like Musk's Neuralink type of technology except it's the computer that does the command from the pilot??
Nice work
VERY NICE

If I had a chance to get in the US Navy and went Seal Team 3 member and Then Top Gun I would be sporting The Darkstar
Very cool video. Do you have any visual mods installed? I noticed the reflections on the water look very good.
No, but I did toned it a little on Premiere Pro.

Did you "adapt" the settings to make maneuvers like that possible? Afaik it should break into pieces since it is not an interceptor.
Wonderful 👍👍👍,.Where is the valley?
Lake Isabella in California, north of L.A. and south of Sequoia National Forest.

Realism turned all the way down to -53 right here....
What remix of the Top Gun anthem is this?
It's from within the sim that came with the Top Gun Maverick update.

Most definitely. I've built out a new computer last year just so I can play this game in max graphic settings.
What speed are you flying at?! Mach 5?!
Haha, don't think that's do-able speeds at low level. More like 600-700 knots.
@@cpt.whiteknight Awesome! Say, where did you do this run at? I wanna see if I can do it myself...
