You sometimes forget how bloody good lemmo is. He’s just not a show off. It’s refreshing because normally on UA-cam you get the peacocks who always shred unnecessarily. Michael never overdoes it
Some of these comments are maybe unnecessary. If you don’t like Mike’s mustache or this or that, there’s lots of other people’s videos to pick on 😉 Keep doing you, Mike. I’m sure the folks in Philly are proud of you. I don’t know as much about these guitars as most of you do, but I think he does a great job. 😊🎸♥️🎸😊
Rusty Undercarriage Bro he's been the host for like six months now, and he's a better player than Mark. These trolls should be bowing down to Lemmo lol
Love the tone! It's is really undercommunicated how full a tele can sound. Almost everyone focuses on the chicken picking treble tones. But players such as Lemmo and Danish Pete showcases how well rounded it can sound in the right hands
You're killing me, Smalls ! Nice, how you create an atmosphere, on the first tune, and like a neighborhood on the second one. That tail, was a sound track for a knife fight, in an alley. Wonderful, Michael . Thanks !
An energetic GOTD to kick off the week, and all the Canadians watching need it as we're all recovering from severe cases of Turkey overdosing!! So weird-ass (Wacky) Wednesday tomorrow?? Looking forward to finding out!!
You are a really SOULFUL player! I love how you use the 66 pro reverb as the sound board for sound test, such an pure tone amp! PS. Nice Camera work Jen and love your laugh! Keep up the great work!
I have one just like this, but it's a 96' I bout new when I was 16...it has that chime too...and it has the best clean sound i have ever heard, its magical, lol!
i have a '73 Tele and it is my very favorite guitar. Mine was refinished before I got it in 1977 but it has that same chimey sound as this one. I wasn't able to see if there is a rubber gasket on the neck plate on this one like on mine. I am not sure if this is characteristic of this era; Oh and I only have 1 string tree instead of the two. By the way did anybody else see the B&G guitar ad with the guy playing "Volare"? It is pretty impressive
wow impressive tone. that second song on the middle pickup sounds real nice on that middle pickup. that bright sound contrasts real nice with that subdued riff.
This was posted on my birthday 15.10. I have had Candy Apple red Tele by Fender with maple neck, sold it time ago. Miss it now. Is it a sign to get it again?
Damn that boy is an entire 4 piece band , all by himself , and holy Eddie Van Who? that was the shit!! , right there is why GOTD cannot be beat , great guitar , great sound , wicked expression , I luved all three songs , wish I lived near LA , I would be at that show no doubt. thanks guys.

I cannot play guitar at all and still this channel is my absolute fav channel! Love you guys and the amazing guest and guitars you are showing.
LEMMO Your such a Bad Ass...... Good job Buddy!!!
Mark must shit his pants every time he watches a GOTD now.

That Tele sounds amazing. Wow
Its Lemmo, not the guitar.
@@powertuber3.047 I agree that Lemmo is amazing. But still dude that Tele sounded sweet.
Caddis Fly it’s Michael
@@b.i.g.brothersinguitars249 No argument here.
@@caddisfly9651 CBS tele is junk
Lemmo is one of the few players who knows how to handle a guitar, no holding by the neck.
Love the tone! It's is really undercommunicated how full a tele can sound. Almost everyone focuses on the chicken picking treble tones. But players such as Lemmo and Danish Pete showcases how well rounded it can sound in the right hands
Already one my favorite guitar of the day episodes. Just beautiful.

Amazing sounding instrument......simple and pure in design always wins the day.......nice playing Lemming
Killer axe , great playing, hints of EVH near the end !! Love it!!!
As always you manage to pick the right guitar, and play the right songs on it. Just F'ing Awesome!!!
Something about ending the video on a real solid overdrive song just sets a cool vibe, gives it a venue or stadium feel
That unit has soul. In Michael's hands anyway.
Bassett Race a rock has soul in Michael Lemmos hands

Nice Tele. Bridge pickup is just the right amount of microphonic.
Sounds as pretty as it looks... interested to see under the hood to figure out why it’s got that chime.

Second price was one of my favorites, play it all the time
You go Lemmo you'd make a hello kitty guitar sound good lol just kidding, hey love that Fender Peace
Gregg Davenport Watch the video of Zakk Wylde playing a Hello Kitty guitar. I’m a little old for his music, but that’s a cool video.
Ok. This needs to happen now
Thx for the loops! What a Tele!
Lemmo's playing is awesome in this video and jeez that brigmdge pick up has some bite to it

Lemmo you truly are a great guitar player, one of the best actually.. but we need some more rock and roll
Love the sound. Not a fan of painted finish guitars, but this one is an exception.
Greetings from Torquay, England: How about doing a Burns or Baldwin sometime? Gibson Victory & 335S could also be interesting.

Great guitar well played, Lemmo you are such a freak, more more
Very cool playing...
Great playing Lemmo! Groove master!!
Nice up close up the fret board shot, Jen.
Spellbinding. Thank you so much.
man that guitar sounds so soulful!
That one is a little gem. I bet it doesn't last long !
Love me a Tele Tuesday and that guitar is drool worthy.
Not too shabby for a 46 year old guitar
But then again, a lot of guitars from back in the day just have something different about them.
That first lick is hot as hell real nice could jam out to that and forget to go to work today.lol
If I had the cash, I'd buy that Tele in a flash. It's bursting with major mojo.
Hate to say it but forget the Jazz Master. Always off the charts when you're on a Tele
got my attention with the bridge Pickup - Lemmo you rock! n' Teles are always great :)
Beautiful telecaster
My favorite guitar 🎸!
🎸🎸🎸 mad skills Michael!
