Cheddar sourdough

I am a beginner bread maker. In no way an expert I’m just practicing and learning as I go.
Ingredients for my sourdough
100 g sourdough starter
350 g water
10 g of salt
500 g all purpose, flour or bread flour
Dutch oven
Parchment paper
Oven mitts

I didn't know that the salt could be added to the water. This will save me the effort of kneading in the salt later on. Thanks.

also, you shouldn't mix on your scale as the impact will cause damage.
