My AKA Journey: New Member Years, Regional Conference, and Leadership Fellows! 💗💚

As a newly initiated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated there was so much to be done! I quickly jumped into the business of my beloved sorority by taking on positions at the chapter level and applying for the Leadership Fellows Program. I attended the 40th Leadership Fellows in March 2019 which helped me develop into someone that could eventually serve as the International Second Vice-President in July 2020. I also took the time to reflect on how different my first and second North Atlantic Regional Conferences were thanks to my VSG (Very Special Guest) status! These years helped me look forward to everything else that laid ahead.
