I enjoyed your 1st floss tube and look forward to seeing more of them. I live in NW Fl and like y'all I don't have an LNS close to me. they have plenty of them in central and south Florida but nothing in NW Fl. We do have Joann's, Hobby Lobby and Michael's but they are 50+ miles one way. Needless to say I usually order on line. I love 123 Stitch, Anabella, and Everything Stitch among my favorite places to order from. Oh and Fat Quarter shop. Stitching with the Housewives have some awesome charts. I have one or maybe two of them so far. I only just got back into cross stitching last year when I found floss tube. My husband passed in Dec 2021 after just over 41 years together. I needed something to do besides quilting. I use to cross stitch in the 80's till the early 2000 but just got bored with it I guess. WOW how things have changed since then. I love all the hand dyed fabric and floss. It's all so amazing and I want so much of it. LOL
Looking forward to your next flosstube! Your “stitch with me” idea sounds very nice! I would definitely tune in for some violin music!! And yes, as a Lego lover, I will always appreciate viewing another build!!
You two are great. Love that you share your hobby. Stitching on Aida is really restful and there are some really beautiful ones out there now. Looking forward to your next video.
I stopped by because my husband and I are named Susan and Tom - caught my eye - love the pressed back chairs - LOVE the Lego! Very cool - love your finishes - looking forward to your next video
That is amazing that you guys are Susan and Tom. Thomas and I got a kick out of that! I have to admit that the pressed back chairs are a hand-me-down from my parents but they are so classic and they fit out farmhouse style house so I love them!
Great job on your first flosstube, and I can't wait to see you both in future videos. I believe I'm going to be tablemates with you and your mom at Anabella's All Things Autumn Retreat!
So great to see you both and so excited for fellow musicians. I play piano for our local high school choral group the Troubadours. And I work with solo and ensemble for band too. Enjoyed your video and look forward to more from you two. Pray you two made it through the hurricane as it came through Georgia. My granddaughter loves legos and has a friend (older) of her dad’ s that has a room full of Star Wars , the Cinderella castle and plenty of other works. Glad I came across your 1st video.
Oh that's so neat! I love that name the Troubadours! We actually are north of Atlanta so all we got of the hurricane was a little rain. I hope everyone south of us made it out ok! That lego sounds amazing...Thomas's dream room for sure!
Hi. I’m really enjoying your podcast! I’m just getting back into cross stitch after 20-ish years. Of course back then, we didn’t have you tube or floss tube. I really liked the first design you showed (the one from the retreat). So I just wanted to say Hi, and send you greetings from Scotland 🏴.
Thanks for your first flosstube - I really enjoyed it. Also a family of geeks here in Australia - all the gaming, movies, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Mario and so much more, and definitely a lot of lego. I love strings played well (and both my children learnt violin for at least some time, as well as piano) - would love a live stitch with me (although I'm in Australia so not likely to be able to join live.
You two are adorable! Wonderful stitching and LEGO cabin! Y’all did good, keep’m coming! I used to play viola and miss it so much! Thanks for the video!
I had a thought about your Christmas decor. Why not go with a theme every year. Like one year put out all your Santa’s, next put out trees, etc. that way you can stitch more Christmas!
That is a good idea! I always try to move the decor around each year so it feels different, but I should do completely different looks! Alright, I guess I need to start stitching Christmas. 🙃
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing! It's so fun knowing that we are all stitching the same things like Flying Lesson Sal! Are you using the called for colors are did you pick your own?
We were actually talking about Thomas creating a short song that we could put at the beginning and maybe the end of our videos. It's definitely on the to-do list!
Priscilla and Chelsea were my first flosstube this past February. I went from monogamous to NOT. I am in South Carolina. My friend Sallie and I just uploaded our 2nd flosstube; we are August 1823 Stitchers. Thomas, I think you would find my SuperMario interesting. Suzanne, I have been trying to finish the Month2Months since April. I just showed August, which fits on my barn interchangeably, and as soon as I finish my piece for Cross Stitch Camp, I will begin September.
I would love to see that! I am always a fan of good pixel art. I was interested in doing a piece with Final Fantasy sprites (character images), but then I saw that there were 30+ colors of DMC required!
I just subscribed to you and plan to sit down this weekend and watch your videos! I love that we stitch the same things and can't wait to see how you finish your pieces!
Great first Flosstube. I heard you say you are going to Anabella’s retreat. I’m coming too. My husband is going to drive me there, and we are in Ontario, Canada. I’m hoping to stop at Keepsakes too when we go through Cincinnati. You seem to like a lot of the same designers I like. Going to Anabella’s store is going to be fun. 😊 That house Thomas made is so cool.
Thank you so much! I hope Mom and I get to meet you at Anabella's retreat! Keepsakes is 100% worth the drive. I gasped when I walked in from how much stitching was in the door and am embarrassed to admit that Steph laughed at my reaction. 😅
Hello fellow flosstubers! Loved meeting you today ❤❤can't wait to catch up again soon
What's your flosstube channel? We would love to check you out!
Thank you to my lovely wife for including me on her Flosstube! I had a lot of fun being on the show. 😃
Thank you for joining me!
Best wishes for plenty more stitching and videos. I impressed
Thank you so much! 🥰
Nice flosstube debut! Teachers do the best videos! Love your projects. More flosstubes please! Karen of Prom Queen Stitcher 🤓.
Aww, thank you! I have this theory that since we practice speaking each day to a class of students, it makes it easier for us to talk to the camera. 😁

I completely agree with you! I wanted all the stitchy stuff and now I think my stash will out live me!! 😂
Love the Lego's house! It is shiny!

Yay! I am glad you are open to hearing Thomas play. We even thought we could do seasonal music for different times of the year!

Thank you so much! 🥰
I love miniatures so the Lego house was awesome. You two were fun to watch and yes I'd really enjoy seeing your displays.
Thank you so much! I am glad showing the legos was a good idea at the end!
You two make a great team!! I applaud you both as music teachers!!
Aww, thank you! ❤️
I enjoyed the two of you interacting with your hobbies. Keep it up.
Thank you so much! 🥰
Lovely finished projects. Enjoyed. Keep trying to grow tomatoes, it’s totally worth it. 🪴

I agree, q snaps are the devil to fabric-I love 10, 11, and 7, and 6 ct. enjoyed this video will be tuning in again-😉
Oh my gosh, your comment made me laugh! Q snaps have just not been my friend, but I am glad they work for other people. 😁
I'm looking forward to more of the team stitches bregead ❤.
Yay! I hope we can provide more videos you will enjoy! 🩷
Enjoyed your first FlossTube, fellow Georgian here! Thanks for sharing your Lego house, it was amazing.
Thank you so much! What part of Georgia? Are you like us close to Atlanta or you more south?
@@suzanne.xstitches the Savannah area.
Glad to have found you!❤
Hey from Jasper, GA! Loved your video!
Yay! A fellow Georgian! Thank you for watching our video! ❤️

Oh awesome!! Mom mentioned she did a smalls exchange with you over the summer! I can't wait to meet you in person!

Fun video! Hiiii from New Zealand and new sub #173
🤗 And YES to the background violin playing 😂😂😂
Thank you so much! My husband's dream is to visit New Zealand!
😊

Thank you so much! Mom stitched a ton from 20 years ago. That was definitely a different time for Cross stitch!
I used to play violin. Sadly cannot read music anymore. I think it would be nice to hear either or both play. Keep on stitching!
I am so glad that you would be open to hearing us play! We thought it would be fun to do Christmas tunes in December too!
Good job
Thank you!
I enjoyed your first floss tube. I subscribed and look forward to seeing you guys again.

Aww, your family sounds amazing! If we did a nighttime live, would that let you join in the morning?
@@suzanne.xstitches that depends on where you are - we are 17 hours ahead of the west coast of the US and 14 hours ahead of the east coast of the US
@kimsopar6976 Oh ok, so we are on the East Coast so if we did a live stream at 8 pm, you could see it at 10 am? So fascinating how that all works!
@@suzanne.xstitches I think so - should work out.
Enjoyed your flosstube. You are both so cute!
Thank you!
I just signed up for the monthly weigh in amd went back and bought Sept and Oct! They are sooooo cute!
I have to say that they are so much fun to stitch too! 💙
Oh, good to hear. I haven't started yet!@@suzanne.xstitches
I think all of your ideas are perfect, please do them all!!! Just a great video with you two, can't wait for the next one's!!!

Lovely stitching and a good team effort! Just a tip - turn your camera around - all the words were backwards.
Thank you for letting me know! That is a good tip!
Welcome to flosstube! Fun projects! I loved seeing the Lego too! We’re a Lego family.
Thank you so much! Legos are not so far from cross stitch. You have to follow instructions to create something in both hobbies!
Yes to the music! I was actually going to suggest that. You should work up a theme for your video.

I would like to hear the violin.
Yay! Thank you for letting us know! I hope we can put that together for next month!
Lovely couple nice flosstube but images of crossstitch all flipped 🤭
Haha, someone else mentioned that. We are going to fix that for the next video. Thank you!!
your August is backwards. My husband and some grandchildren do play instruments. In fact all the words are backwards.
Thank you for letting me know! I have figured out how to fix it for the next video. 😁
