    We didn't time exactly how much longer the glow stick in the cold water lasted. it would likely depend on how cold the water is and the type of glow stick you were using.

    It didn't tell how long it would last in hot or cold water. We were wondering how long the cold water would allow it to last. I think they left that part out.~jellocupcake

    In general, they aren't toxic, but I wouldn't recommend ingesting them
