Hi Martin, this is the Dave Hum family uploading videos and just to let you know we are making a few extras on Daves website. Still a work in progress .
I was visiting my Son in Salisbury just last week, and the first thing that came to my mind outside the Old Woolworths is this town is dead without the sound of Dave Hum playing his Banjo and bringing such lovely melodies to the town and brightening up every shopping trip in the city R.I.P Dave Hum
This man is incredible. Discovered his work months ago and am still finding new material he’s created all the time. Look at the joy he’s bringing to those around him.
You know, I subscribed years ago because he was such an amazing player. I hadn't seen him come up in years and then this video popped up. Sorry to hear he passed. May his music live on forever.
wow some more dave hum!!! if that's you posting this Mel, thank you for everything. i bought some of dave's tabs from you about a year ago, still listening to him daily. he's truly a legend to me i hope your family knows that he's got real fans
Hi jcarter2k, Thank you for letting us know Daves got real fans, the girls and I are always so touched by the kind comments people leave. We have started to go through his old hard drive and are finding little musical gems that in time we hope to put on his website , his website is still a work in progress however I am delighted to say we have managed to upload some of his backing tracks so far. best wishes Mel Hum
Rest in peace Dave. You may be gone but your music still brings us joy! One of the best no doubt
