How sweet of Mr. Q to drop again something rare. He doesn't have to do that at all, but he does. Let's be thankful. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but let's please stop criticize him for "tarnishing" Selena's legacy. ( Like some media are saying rigth now about Oh No) Selena FOREVER!

I never understood why some people think that it's a "bad" thing for Mr. Quintanilla to release never-before-heard songs, interviews and such. I've met the man, and he's not the type to "use Selena just to make more money", as some say. He loved her more than life itself, and you can still sense the pain of her loss when you talk to him. He's just giving the fans she loved so much - many of whom, like myself, never got to meet her or see one of her shows - what they want. I don't see what's so wrong with that. I'm pretty sure it's what she'd want.

its so crazy hearing this because I can hear how much J.lo studied her for the movie. She must've listened to this to get an idea of how Selena's humor

She DID study Selena, a LOT. She watched hours and hours of concert footage, and her family helped with regard to her personality, things she liked, etc. She did a good job. You have to be a really big fan to notice some of the things she really nailed, like certain hand gestures and such.
JLO actually still does a lot of things that Selena does. Especially in movies, her records, fashion. It’s amazing.
Such a short life but astonishing accomplishments. It's nice to hear her laughing and happy 💗 I miss her like crazy.

I KNEW she was born in Freeport! She confirmed it in this interview. I read that she was born in Freeport Community Hospital, so why does everybody say she was born in Lake Jackson? I know she lived there untill she was about 12, but technically, she was born in Freeport.

That's what I think , too. I think because her family lived in Lake Jackson at the time , it's just easier to say she was born there, rather than say "Well , she was born in THIS place , but she actually lived in THIS place" - you know what I mean?
everyone says she was born in lake jackson because there are a lot of interviews where she says she was born in lake jackson and was raised there for a few years.
Freeport is a possible suburb of lake Jackson?
Jlo studied Selena so much for the movie, she even kept the laugh. Every time I hear Jlo’s laugh I hear Selena’s.
