that navigation task in dropship is a short task, not a long task. long tasks usually are limited to 4 but it's not an official rule or anything. short tasks are super frequent and it's possible for a LOT of people to have the nav task, and regardless of role (crew or imp) the game doesn't usually limit the amount of people that get it on their task lists.

I think they should have an option to turn off the “waiting for who to scan” , or just not using med-bay as a task.
