Hello from distant European Ukraine!!! I'm here just because I wanna personally see the place where worldwide famous MARSHALL AMPLIFICATION factory is situated and also to watch where and how its actual workers live. And in that sense your video is simply the best among all the other ones about Milton Keynes Bletchley available!!!
Wow! I think I failed my first test on that route back in 1980! I had to stop at the lights under the railway bridge (Water Eaton?) and when I set off, I ran over the kerb there so hard that the examiner banged his head on the roof! (In my defence, he was a tall bloke, but still - I deserved to fail). Talk about a trip down Memory Lane - thank you for posting this.
is very beautiful..im from sao miguel island..in azores portugal..and i find a lot landscapes and same environment like uk cottages ...furnas..caloura in sao miguel island..
That is true the same road is now one way. This driving test route is about 5 years old, they ask you Nike to turn left at the junction and next right.
Question about stop line 7.55, is it mandatory to put hand brake even junction is clear and we only stopped to see it is clear and can go in 2 seconds. Please advice.
The handbrake is not mandatory. I ask all my students to use handbrake because I have seen examiners fail students for not coming to a complete stop and rushing on test. So it’s up to you.
At 1.35 you can just see Marshall in this video, top right corner. How to enter a busy roundabout safely 2020 Try looking up videos about the B&q roundabout in Bletchley and you might get a better look.
@@JamesTravis oh, thank you very much indeed for your immediate personal response to my question! I'll try! And anyway because of you I've just already seen probably almost all the residential streets and places of this famous town!
@@JamesTravis I see! Surely he made your town not less famous worldwide than London or Liverpool or Oxford or Cambridge! And you probably then saw his famous late 70-s Jaguar with a plaque number 800 from which famous JCM800 series name was derived?!
Chris Callaghan good question. If you look at the traffic on my side ahead. If I would of gone and the car on the right who was coming towards me would need to stop. At that point the other car would of blocked my way through. So I gave way so he could continue to drive through passing on my side but clearing the way for me to continue.
Learnt to drive 20 plus yrs ago ... just miss Bletchley!
Best instructor of Milton keynes !
It's my wish that james sir will be my instructor.
I will wait till january 😃

Trust me João, Bletchley não é nada bonito
He doesnt look very happy 5:10
Highly recommendable videos
Thank you
Hi, I can do a spiral roundabout from different directions. Which one in particular? The one at end of A5 or Denbigh?
+James Travis Mainly the A5 one though Denbigh trips me up sometimes! I "know" how to go about them in my mind but all the lines end up messing me up!
Any chance you could do a video covering multiple ways to go on the spiral roundabouts we have here?
The one thing I remember of the time I lived in bletchley was the smell from the brick works near dunstable it was toxic.
The crossroad at 4:30 straight ahead is that a one way road only now? (From the opposite direction)
That is true the same road is now one way. This driving test route is about 5 years old, they ask you Nike to turn left at the junction and next right.
Thanks a lotgod bless you

@@JamesTravis Thank you for replying quickly sir.
So thus could you show me on your video a way for example from railway station directly to the MARSHALL AMPLIFICATION factory or its office?!

Aleks Sason I never met Jim Marshall, but apparently he was a wonderful person who supported the local town.

He did and the name will still be famous and it does make the town more famous.
what signal do you give minute 4.50 please. is it right signal because you are coming out of the road, is that right?
Right is correct
Ok will do one.
At 3:10 why did you give way to oncoming traffic when the obstruction was on the other side of the road?

Is it difficult to pass driving in this town or same as london
No it’s the same as anywhere in the UK. The better you get at driving the more comfortable you become at different areas.
The test centre in Wilton Avenue is in Bletchley not Milton Keynes.
Hiya do you do automatic driving lessons at all?
Sorry I don’t
my big brother lives there
Nadir Khan hi am thinking to move to Bletchley I see your brother lives there, how is the area like. ?
That test route is very easy. iS it accurate with my real test?
Yes it was a route a few years back.
@@JamesTravis , really hoping to past next thursday. xxx
I live there
Travis both my previous instructors told me the dual carriageways in MK were 60mph roads. Why is that?
+Chris Callaghan if it's a dual carriageway with a national speed limit sign then it's 70mph
