Thank you for reviewing that. I must say that it does impress me, not just with the quality of the product, but also those small extras that add flexibility.
I'm just glad they decided to make a proper AM4 version. They had me worried there for a bit because they were selling the AM3 version with an adapter kit.
I love noctua's looks. The real issue is that people don't know how to match the colors of the fans with the other components in their cases. even if you dont match them up, to me its a badge of honor to have noctua fans. everyone knows what they are just by looking at them, even without opening the PC in some cases.
I went a little off of the deep end. Got a Cryorig C7 Graphene from OverclockersUK, a 3D printed 92mm fan mount from J-Hack and a chromax 92 mm noctua fan that does a decent job of keeping my 3700X’s heat in check.
What a coincidence, I recently resurrected an old desktop that had a motherboard with a brown/red color, so this guy caught my eye since it matched the odd mobo...
Perfect ... well done video about performance over aesthetics. I'm an older gentleman gamer (62) and I have the 2600 on a ASRock B450 Gaming Fatal1ty ITX in a Cooler Master Elite 120. After A LOT of research, I have my Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM, Premium Quiet Slim Fan coming tomorrow to go behind the drive bay for some extra flow and keep my new Vengeance 2933mhz cool. I've been looking at this CPU cooler for a while so I can overclock just a wee-bit. Your honest review convinced me to get it ordered so I can get the most out of my little rig. (I've been researching CPU coolers for a while). All reviews I've read give this brand really high marks. Do you think it will handle a slight overclock? Any feed back is appreciated. Quality video btw ... got a sub from me!
I just installed one of these. I love it but I wish the screws into the backplate were on the front. It's gonna be a pain when I have to change the paste
which is noctua nh-l9a-am4 vs DeepCool Gimmax 120 v2 single fan radiator liquid cool ? both are at same price point.. which 1 cools better ? please answer ...
Don't expect miracles, I have a ryzen 7 2700x. For internet surfing and games that do not load the CPU even at 15-20% ..is ok ..keeps temperatures up to 75-80 degrees. But a game like Assassin's Creed Odyssey for example ... the computer will restart ..because the CPU protection is at 90 degrees and shuts down ... even the Cinebench R 20 reaches 90 in 1 minute. Aida 64 also restarts in 2-3 minutes ... I quickly realized and replaced the cooler .... maybe it's good for 4-8 core .. but for more ... it doesn't work!
Great quality but the poo colours must be limiting sales. I got a poo low profiler one in a mini CCTV server (Intel) works a treat over the stock cooler, lucky I don't need to see it.🍺Noctua should be paying you good money!😁✌
@@GearSeekers I guess I'm not getting the point either? What exactly is the point if it's not cooling the CPU as well as the stock cooler despite both being around the same height? The noise levels?
Am i the only one here who likes noctua's looks?
I like them too lol. I use their bigboi Threadripper cooler on my main system.
Nope. I like their softness of colours and their willingness to step outside the all black plus leds dictatorship.
@@GearSeekers their threadripper cooler is based of nh-u12
its not half as big as for example nh-d15 but ok...

It is amazing that so many of us are interested in a video about a fan lol. :)
Hey hey, a fan and hunk of metal!
Damn, that's such a small cooler. Good video once again guys
It's a little baby! Its about as tall as 2 of your fingers

This is exactly the video I was looking for: same CPU, same RAM, almost same mobo and the cpu cooler I was aiming to upgrade, and a great quality

I happen to love the old man crutches color scheme
"Fck design, we go full function!" ~Noctua
Exactly!! That's what I love about them!
Much love to my homies @noctua 😀😀
Bringing the goods!

Thank you good upgrade for stock cooler I can see this on my itx system
How is the wraith prism 30 degrees cooler? 6:23
This just seems so wrong
It's a Ryzen 2600 with a 65W TDP thats how.
On the cooler master mb530p build what fan did you use for the back? And where can I buy it?

Was recommended this cooler on what I should get based on a 130mm CPU cooler clearance. I dunno if i'd be better off with the AMD Wraith MAX
Does this cooler compatible on MSI MPG B550I GAMING EDGE WIFI?
Hello, everyone ! 🌞😉👍
Very good !
I really like it
Chromax black ftw. ^_^
Is this ok for my ryzen 7 2700?

The Wraith prism is not that good on a 3700x. Been loking for something that cools it better. seems like Noctua isn't the one.
Can it cool a ryzen 9 5900x??
would not recommend
So smol
Why the fuck didn't I get the notification?
And yes, maybe I haven't been attentive enough, what about the noise it makes?
It's basically silent
hello 0ne question? level of sound of this cooler??(db)
Thank God for chromax.

Hahaha!
Its even performing worse than stock coolers
I don't think you understand the point of the cooler

woot first one to like lol
Damn that was fast man!

You are the real MVP!
The fan is just so ugly
It doesnt really matter if you're installing the cooler in a server or small form factor PC because you wont even see it.
