In this video, I visited one of the Ausbildung colleges which is located in Hamburg. We met certain teachers and students who are pursuing the Technical Ausbildung and we shared our experience and how the application procedure really works especially for Audbildung, and how the job works. Some important points:
1. Training on the job in a company and part-time being in the school.
2. Students need a contract with the company.
3. Public training schools are funded by the state so no fees has to be paid
4. Students from any stream can apply.
5. The company pays 500-800 Euros to the student per month.
6. You can reappear for the exam twice only.
Ausbildung is a dual professional training, a combination of theory and practice. It is a common way to receive a qualification in Germany without attending a university; however, jobs are usually trade and craft orientated.
Typical professions include nurses, bakers, merchants, electricians, ambulance workers, doctor assistants, plumbers, masons, painters, and hairdressers, as well as jobs in gastronomy and hotel personnel. But often, you will find an Ausbildung profession in almost all fields and industries.

12 years of education is enough for Ausbildung, 13 years of education is only required if you wanted to go Bachelor's in Germany.
