You'll also get a brief overview of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Gantt Chart. Next we will discuss some Contributors and Impediments to Project Management Success, and then conclude with some Ethical Issues in Project Management and provide an Overview of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
