I did add a floor tile set (box has a paper mat) and some extra walls and doors (around the sides basically). It is a great box imo. Check out my Intro to Necromunda video where I compare it to the Ash Wastes box!
Ive been playing through these scenarios with my two gangs (Chaos cult and Gene stealer cult) and its genuinely super fun. Necromunda players can be hard to come by, so dont feel bad for playing alone! Its an awesome way to learn the game and try new tactics & gang lists. When you do eventually find someone to play with, youll have a much better understanding of the rules and plenty of self taught lessons about what tactics work and what don't.
It's the old style system, the 'flesh wounds' actually give a little resilience, but yeah it's mostly the binary alive or out of action. That can definitely be a lot swinger than the newer systems. It does make for fun storytelling though! Lots of 'memorable moments'

The real victors in this battle report were the GSC who orchestrated the fight in the first place.
I find Necromunda combat interesting because of the low wound count compared to Kill Team and Warcry.
