So this is a tradition here on my channel and even though calling any of these characters "the worst" or even "disappointing is a super stretch, expectations must be met and I'm a man of the people so here we go. They could've easily put Atlantis right around southern Gotham/Wayne Manor. Bit of a disappointment.

@@loganf5892 They could've put it there, or they could've put it underneath Metropolis, which is where I thought it would be. I'm hoping that maybe they'll make Atlantis a part of the hub world with the Aquaman DLC, but probably not.

My most dissapointing is Plastic Man and all the other characters with no dialogue. I heard they had less characters so they could make each one unique and the only point of characters being unique is with their voices in my opinion cause I could just use my custom character anyway.
Ulisse Howie I agree. They took a lot away from people with stretchy abilities like rolling into a ball and transforming (Idk if he can do the lantern/magic pad but I doubt it). Also not sure if he can do the security guard thing, I hope so
I know we’re talking about Plastic Man but I am really disappointed with Killer Frost. I hate her design and I wish she had long hair. That short hair is bad with her. Her skin should be lighter and her hair longer.
The developers really missed an opportunity to have Tom Kenny reprise his role as Plastic Man to give the character some lines of dialogue in the game.
I love speedsters but they missed some abilities like water running also Wallace West has some powers like lightning Beams and it would've been cool to see them use flash rings

@@Gojiarmy1209 Theres Wally West and Wallace West. Wally is the original Ginger white nephew of Barry. Wallace West was created for the new 52 when Barry reset the timeline (flashpoint), who is also Barrys Nephew but is Black with black hair. I say this because Wally and Wallace are 2 seperate characters since Wally (the original) came back from the speedforce after supposedly dying, and into the current timeline and Barry reset it. Wallace is the same character but a different variation. Now there are 2 versions of Wally currently co existing who are different variations of the same character.

just before you scream at me, let me explain. he is my favourite superhero of all time so that makes it a bit more annoying. I think they should add more batman costumes to the game. second, he should be able to use his grappling hook on buildings. that is my problem with him.

The main problem here is that characters cannot use all of their powers in the hub. Mind control, telekinesis, smash walls etc.. They only can use them in levels which makes them look weak, but looking at their stats, they are buffed!

Terra is from the 80s New Teen Tiatns & features heavily in their best ever storyline (& one of DC Comics), "The Judas Contract" where we first see Nightwing
Black canary is my favourite superhero of all time but in this game she was just a massive disappointment. Now her design in this game is amazing but her move set just lets her down. Her canary cry her key move takes about 30 minutes to charge up where as characters such as silver banshee and count vertigo’s sonic moves charge in an instant but with canary’s cry there’s just no chance to use it mid battle because of the long charge time. The sonic bombs were a nice touch but don’t really need to use them. Her move set in lego batman 2 and 3 were amazing and that is the type of move set she needs in this game with the addition of her being able to punch. Also she has a voice actor but I’m pretty sure she doesn’t have any voice lines.
Would love if they changed her but I doubt it would happen

I agree, STA3. I like Black Canary, but this game screwed her up for me. Just like how Arrow screwed her up.

Doomsday originally showed up in a green suit with red goggle type things. As he fought the JLA the outfit was stripped away, that's where this look comes from

I feel like this game failed in it's roster. The majority of character are the same one's as in Batman 3; so many great characters that they didn't add.
I do disagree on Doomsday tho, I personally love him in his original appearance suit. (see I didn't say containment suit😜)
(I would have added Gizmo, Bronze Tiger, Ravage, Kite-Man, Killer Frost, condiment king, Dr. Poison, and especially Hugo Strange, Polka-Dot man, and that god-awful Music Meister to the terrible list as well.)
Eh, not gonna lie, I meant to have Killer Frost in there, only because I don't like her design, but that's how her official minifig looks so what can you do? Polka Dot Man SHOULD be on the list but Greg Miller voiced him and I find it weirdly hilarious.

I want a Dark Knight Metal pack with Batman Who Laughs and all of those people. Maybe Azrael or the Watchmen too. I'll be honest I am quite content with who they have had. Just give me Atrocitus in every game and we're good haha.

Lady Shiva (Sandra Woosan) is one of the most skilled fighters in the dc universe. She is mostly affiliated with the League of Assassins and is an enemy and ally of Batman. She is also the mother of Cassandra Cain. One of her most recognizeable feats is she trained Tim Drake, who you know is the third Robin. She doesn't have any powers, but she is regarded as the best fighter in the dc universe, knowing hundreds of martial art styles, including long forgotten ones. She utilizes swords and sais, but she is most deadly with bare hands

JayShockblast woah, I'm talking to THE Jay. I understand. There's nothing really memorable about her or her costume. I think some lego characters fall flat because of the character itself sometimes. Not much to do with some of them
She's also in the Arkham origins game as one of the assassins sent by Black mask to kill Batman
Honestly Origins is the only game in the series I didn't get far in. It came out at the same time as a couple other games and got lost int he shuffle. That first Deathstroke fight was so tough and I think it just pushed me away from coming back and I got lost in a bunch of other games.
And yeah THE Magnus I agree, not her fault, I just looked at what I had to work with and was like meh, she'll do 😜

I feel like Atrocitus downgraded a LOT from the last game. But then again, a lot of characters in that game downgraded. But Atrocitus and Doomsday just bother me so bad. If they’re going to feature Doomsday’s containment suit, at least have it as a separate character or have where you have to hold down a button for doomsday to break out of his containment suit. That would’ve been a nice feature. And then Atrocitus is just a bad design compared to the LEGO Batman 3 Atrocitus. The 3D teeth, the mold for the head, the costume, and the eyes are just amazing and I loved Atrocitus but his design is just a downgrade.
I love the speedsters but they could have given them different abilities. There is enough speedster abilities to vary the play of the characters, still really like them though and the speed is fun

The biggest question for me is how on earth is brainiac without his tendrils even a thing. He could be so much more fun and so much more interesting. I presume that with his tendrils he could reach your top 10 best characters

I just wish Killer Moth was in this one. Moth has been one of my top villains ever since Lego Batman 1. The creation suite has great pieces though, so no trouble creating him.

I think Doomsday looks fine. I think the containment suit adds a bit of flair to his design.
Most of the characters in these games aren't really meant to be used. They're mostly there as collectibles as you collect all the character tokens. I highly doubt that TT actually expects you to play all the characters. They're just "oh cool" moments when you see them or unlock them. I just Platinumed this game on Friday and to be honest, I only played with the same basic 3 or 4 characters through the whole game. The other hundred I could care less about. I focus on flying characters as they travel easy so I was usually playing Booster Gold, Super Woman, Superman, and sometimes Ultraman or Wonder Woman. I don't have time to play with over a hundred different characters in one game. Hell with that. Especially that doofus that dances when he walks.

The doomsday skin is him ripping out of his containment suit, he was never a parademon because dark side didnt make him

Batman doesn’t have different suits so that is fair and speedsters are faster than they were in dc superheroes 3 but they can’t run on water or on a wall which I’m pretty sure I saw that ability in the profile like previously so I understand.

I also have the PS4 version and even with many red bricks on it never once crashed on me. It has frame drops, but it never crashes.

The more you complete races and quests, you can start to unlock more quests. I get it, I struggled to.
Yeah. I agree with you about Terra. That's why I plan very soon to try and make a custom of her that's more faithful to how she looked in the 2003 Teen Titans series.

DC Super-Villains might have a smaller roster in comparison to Marvel Superheroes 2, but it’s way better simply because of how unique most of them are, and even if some of them aren’t they are still distinctive enough in terms of design. And besides, having over 200 characters in a game like this is still a lot anyways, and the improved on character creator along with 12 slots for the, also makes up for it. It’d not my personal favorite LEGO game, I prefer older ones more overall, but in terms of gameplay mechanics and variety, this one is objectively the best, (Until The Skywalker Saga at least) outside of abysmal load times and unskipable cutscenes, as well as an occasional softlock and crash. (Which is expected given that the same exact engine has been used from Batman 2 all the way up to here) It is currently and objectively the best LEGO game themed on superheroes and supervillains.

I really hated croc in this game, like sure that's what his Minifigure looks like, but it looks like garbage. I also think that b'dg did not need to be in the game at all.
Honestly A Few Of The Characters On The List (Like Doomsday And Cheshire) Are Some Of My Mains But I Understand Why They Would Be Here. Also Doomsday Is Dressed Like That Because That Was His Rebirth Design Which Is What All The Characters Looks Are Based On
I’m disappointed that Batman doesn’t have any suits like every other LEGO Batman game. I understand he’s not the main focus, but I just enjoy playing as the different suits TT Games create for him.

Ultra humanite is the absolute worst because he is just a carbon copy of Gorilla Grodd. They could have done much better with Brainiac as well because for him not to have the ability to fly, shrink, grow, have his tentacles, or otherwise have his ship is ridiculous-

Yeah, they messed up some of the abilities in a big way like for instance Ventriloquist should control goons (I'd argue he is overall the most useless character in terms of things he can do), Condiment King should've been still capable of melting things with hot sauces and of course MM got nerfed for whatever reason

Apparently it been crashing on all formats it crashed during cutscene for me and once in freeroam on xbox one but I did have minikit detector red brick on but it been fine with the x4 X2 redbricks

It may be possible that the crashes are unique to consoles or isolated incidents. As a pc player of this game at worst I have had momentary FPS dips that would quickly resolve itself
