This Listener is also a nice, believable twist on the Too Good for the World character archetype, and it's a lot of fun to hear how entwined the deity is with them. I'd love to hear more... especially if the priest gets to find out exactly who he's been messing with. Excellent work!

I like the shift in perspective. We rarely see the more relatable side to deities in fiction. The idea that an act of kindness could restore the faith of a deity they vest in their followers is a very clever twist, and I want to see it more.
