Secondly, Pakistani media and their government are saying that CPEC & Gwadar Port will be a gamechanger from 2018. If Gwadar & CPEC was really a gamechanger then why still Pakistan's economy is not improving. Gwadar received just 17 tonnes of goods in 2023 whereas Chahbahar received 120 tonnes. By the way you read the Gwadar agreement between Pak and China it's clearly mentioned that 90% of profit will take China and 10% will take Pakistan. So it's clear that China is using Pakistan for itself and Pakistan won't get anything

Pakistan needs to speed up development of Gwadar and all BRI related projects. Every country looks after its own interests, and so should Pakistan.

Gawadar is already dead, And who will come to Gawader, Pakistan has nothing to export to any countries on the other hand Iran can export their Oil and Gas to many countries as well as import from those contries.
