Hahaha I can only imagine. We barely get to 0 degree and it's already pretty cold to work out. Luckily, after a few minutes, our bodies warm up and it's not too cold after that :)
It can’t fully come out because of our ceiling height. However, it has some weight to it so you actually has to use some force to push it back up. So it won’t easily move back up with a light push. I hope it helps

Thank you! Our ceiling is 96” tall and the minimum requirement height for the PRX rack is 95”. We had just enough height to install it 😅

Our garage is 97 inches tall. And yes we can definitely bench press. Be on the lookout for the full gym tour!
How has it been working out without fully extending? Any problems?
No problem at all! It functions normally as it’s still within the recommended height by PRX
