- Daily Resistance Movement & Exercise creates a healing, healthy, strong, fit, joyful and thriving adaptation from our human body and brain cells.
It's a foundation behaviour I choose to practice daily, that helped nurture and nourish my FULL recovery from experiencing an Acquired Brain Injury in 2015, age 39; I had no short term memory, and very low cognitive function; counting backwards from 10 was challenging. I also lost voluntary control of my limbs.
Today, age 47, I am consulting to listed ASX companies, experiencing life in a healthy, strong, fit, energetic and high performance body.
My present moment experience is NOT a miracle or because I have special genetics; it's just my human brain and body's cell adaptation, to focused behaviour, and consistency of effort, over time.
