I think we tend to make a mistake of cleansing our face at nights and again in the morning.Cleanse before going to bed and just wash with water pat dry then apply whatever needs to apply be it make up,etc.

The thing with our hair is that it requires care that is very different from others.
For example, for us the focus has to be on moisturizing the ends because if the ends are dry, they will break off and it will look like it’s not growing.
There are a lot of videos here on youtube of African women who have learned to grow their hair even to waist length (when stretched). If you want longer hair, check them out.
