I’m SO excited that I’ve gotten my hands on the new Monster Fest Clawdeen Wolf!
Right off the bat this doll stands out and feels so unique amongst the other G3 Clawdeen dolls with her gorgeous purple Saran hair and stunning constellation freckles.
Her color scheme is a beautiful blend of various shades of purple plus some hints of yellow and red that make her feel like a warm sunset glow.
She retails for $25 and delivers on a full music festival fantasy!
There are some things I didn’t love but overall I have so much reverence for this doll!

I'm an old UA-camr, but the doll is commercial, It is more creative and artistic than anything else.
In that sense, you seem to understand those two things so well.
In particular, I respect the sharp thoughts of looking at the artistic part so much.

I hate when collectors speculate about the hair before they have the doll in their hands. I have heard so many complaining that Clawdeen’s hair was poly based on the color alone. I thought the texture looked like saran. I’m happy to hear that I’m getting better at identifying the texture of saran visually. I don’t understand the need to complain without knowing the facts. Thank you for really showing off Clawdeen’s hair. It looks amazing! The Monster Fest version is probably the best Clawdeen version of G3 so far. They have really reset expectations on the level of detail and quality going forward. The clothes and accessories are just fantastic! This new printing process is so good I hope to see more of it in the future. I’m pretty sure the design on the boots for the ballet/pop star monster mystery dolls is this printing process.
Your message at the end is very important! Don’t go into debt, don’t buy what you can’t afford. I got into G3 collecting late and have gotten the majority of them on mega sale, I’ve even gotten several returns from Amazon for ridiculously cheap…it just takes time…these ones will get there eventually.
I’m currently waiting for Cleo and Clawdeen Monster Fest and a preorder of core refresh Frankie and Lagoona. I’m so excited to get them!! I feel like I have been waiting a long time because I saw the earliest leaks for both. I’m really really excited for Catty to be released! I’m getting her the moment I see her!

Yes I agree with that sentiment! I do think Clawdeen has just some bad PR given that she would always get poly so fans just expect the least from her now. That was a great way to put it tho, this series and other releases as of late do feel like a reset of sorts.
And yes, SS4 does look like it uses more of this printing technique and I’m so hyped for those to come out as well!

She is incredibly beautiful... And yeah - your Clawdeen doll in box has a little big weird eyes, something about their shape is off. But OMG, Mattel has really stepped out of the game for painted details in this line!!!! Love it!!

I think I'm more sympathetic because she gave meaning to each decoration she was doing and explained what she hadn't found.
I absolutely love the monster fest dolls, and Clawdeen is so frickin awesome 👌 i just cannot. Her hair is beautiful. I did a boil was on mine and fell in love with her all over again 💕 i love purple 💜 for her, so much.

I love the bang look on, Cleo u did a good job on that. I actually might pass on this Clawdeen here, i would only want the jacket and the, fur boots but thats it. And the wait for Catty is aggravating, they should have just dropped her as an official release this month, but it just wasn't meant to be.
Attention everyone I have news, if you happen to live in the panhandle of the state of Florida starting tomorrow u guys will be getting G3 Catty in store or online at Walmart plus Core Refresh Lagoona, and Frankie Core Refresh. This was found on Reddit, about 2 hours ago.

Last time a MH door was in our Walmart was 2016. G2 was there, G1 forever and always came and had exclusives like Walmart 5 packs. Never a G3 but Heath.

You said we get a lot of skirts for Clawdeen I scanned all my g3 Clawdeens not one wearing a skirt 😂 I guess I never got a skirt Clawdeen mine all have pants or shorts. Though I’m looking forward to this one next to Lagoona she’s my next favorite. She’s gore-geous
Haha I swear we did! SS1, SS2 and her boutique playset had skirts, but yeah that’s not too many now that I think about it 🤔

@@Draculijahyea my SS1 is in her shorts and all I have in Clawdeen is the ghoul spirit, Core, Core refresh, Monster Ball, Scaridise and the one came with Draculaura in that bedroom set so none have skirts on 😂
