This reminds me of one of the old fairytales of Cinderella were Prince Charming and Cinderella dance together at the ball just like Adam and Scarlett did at the beginning of the scene. But like in every old fairytales story there always a villian like Eva who blackmailed poor Scarlett just so she can have Adam all to herself but to be fair Adam should follows his instinct then he would have known that Eva is not the girl that he had dance with at that night but I'm glad that he learn that it was Scarlett all along. I bet at the end of the story (off scene) that Eva have secretly watch the happy couple get married while she became very bitter and angry that Adam is marrying Scarlett instead of her.

Eva: How did you know I was jealous of Scarlet?! I thought no one knew!!!! Alex: I witnessed the whole thing, Eva. Plus, I filmed everything you did. That's how Adam found out what your plan was. Eva: You knew and yet, you didn't press charges. Why?!! Alex: What makes you think I didn't?! Could it be that you were afraid that Daddy dearest would rip you apart if you got into trouble one more time and cause scandal like last time?!!! Only difference is that this time, you don't have your mommy protecting you and keeping the press off your back. There's nothing stopping me from ruining your life. Except this!!
