1:29 You can go this exact build on many different heroes and use one ability with echo shard. In a vacuum in sandbox it can make almost anything seem strong.
Bebop was FINE, only ones needing a nerf are Haze, Wraith and the 2 flying fuckers Hanzo and Vindicta also McGinnis, the turrets are too strong atm And I dont even play Bepop and McGinnis And if you wanna complain watch 4:37 the damage Abrams took that shit is RETARDED and should NOT be possible

NOTE : if ur using quick cast, make sure don't spam click the button too fast, otherwise it won't activate at all.
quick cast and instant cast are impossible to pick up teammates with Ivy's ult
I love the idea of instant cast, but I dont know if it will work since I use the scroll wheel
