Hey guys!
My daughter was born, and still has only HALF A HEART, an incurable condition, sor has undergone 12 heart surgeries! But will never be cured so every birthday is a HUGE blessin and milestone! So not only did we surprise her to a weekend away, but, SHE EVEN GOT A CALL FROM JORDAN MATTER! - we’re so thankful he wanted to do this for her, it made this an unforgettable day! Jordan is someone she really looks up to

Mum, Jade-Marie here! I feel our little family is super special as not only was I told I could not have children, and then had my beautiful Dawn-louise when I was 16, I was told my daughter having half a heart (HLHS/Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome) meant she wouldn’t live a long and happy life, well, these vlogs go to show how strong a heart warrior she really is! 👊🏻
