Definitely a clearance thing rather than a power thing with that hill climb, it wasn't even buzzing. Really hope for GT Riders' sake that there's options for accommodating for the tilt of aftermarket rails in the future 🤞 When you test on VESC, make sure to bump that ATR Uphill Strength up if you want to take full advantage of the board's power, rather than being bottlenecked by nose clearance! the onewheel is a lot less practical but man it’s so much fun. i would think about getting the gts if it had twice the range at half the price but i just can’t justify buying one

Got an RSHT when the GT came out since it was around the same price and the specs were no where close to each other. Havent touched my XR since switching over to EUC... The XR is so underpowered. that it's dangerous imo. I'm highly considering the Foatwheel! but before that I think I'm going to snag up a Lynx :)
I definitely understand.. The power of EUCs is hard to resist but personally I love the feeling of riding a Onewheel. It's a difference experience. The power of the GT S-Series has got me riding more again. I'm very excited to try the Floatwheel coming... We will likely sell them here in Canada as there is no Canadian patent.
I would say it wouldn't be right to compare, but they're kinda at the same price range if not more than eucs, so it does make sense to compare. But yeah, there are some eucs that are also toys, but they're appropriately priced along with other pevs.

But, no, just couldn't spend that much for so little performance (speed, power & range). During the ride, we came up to a mild hill - I just rode up it while the guys on One-Wheels were going uh-oh.

Sounds you prefer onewheels as your pev over euc, just stick with it lol. Dont force yourself to be on euc, us people on euc just prefer the practicality, specs, etc over board stance.
Why do you have to pick one over the other? For longer rides or commuting, I prefer the EUC. For some playful riding to the beach, I prefer the Onewheel. Why be divisive?

You can get a used onewheel gt for less $1800. I got a used one for $1400
EUC doesn't scratch the same itch as a OneWheel. The OneWheel is a unique experience not duplicated by the EUC.
Once you start jumping it's hard to go back, love both though, never would have bought a euc of I wouldn't have bought a onewheel first

I have no interested in something for transportation that doesn't support right to repair.
I prefer baying usd1000 EUC than this over priced GT or whatever it is.

I have both EUC and an XR. If I bought a EUC first theres no way I would have bought a onewheel. I rarely ever ride the XR anymore.
